JGS公司新型農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工管理模式研究

【摘要】:促進企業(yè)和諧穩(wěn)定發(fā)展是工會組織的重要職能之一。天津港集團有限公司于汝民書記在集團公司十一屆二次職工代表大會上提出“要建立健全一整套維穩(wěn)工作機制……自覺維護改革穩(wěn)定的大局”的工作要求,集團公司工會王慶林主席在集團工會十二屆二次全委(擴大)會議上強調(diào)“要進一步強化維穩(wěn)機制建設(shè)……”。 目前,JGS公司農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工總數(shù)已經(jīng)與在崗正式職工人數(shù)相當(dāng),已經(jīng)逐步成長為公司生產(chǎn)建設(shè)的主力軍。關(guān)注農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工群體,不僅是因為這一“量”的變化,更是由于四個“質(zhì)”的因素:一是農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工是港口裝卸業(yè)的主要力量,是集團“完善港口功能,加快產(chǎn)業(yè)升級”的前沿實踐者;二是農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工隊伍穩(wěn)定是保證港口企業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的重要因素;三是農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工文化建設(shè)是集團文化建設(shè)工作的重要組成部分,會對其最終效果產(chǎn)生直接影響;四是通過文化建設(shè)工作促進農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工素質(zhì)提升,是集團搞好人才隊伍建設(shè)的重要推動力。 本文以工會組織的職能作用為出發(fā)點,結(jié)合我國的基本國情和JGS公司實際,采用問卷調(diào)查與文獻法相結(jié)合的方法收集資料,在對資料進行定性和定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外已有的研究成果,運用相關(guān)理論展開分析。論文共分為第1章:緒論;第2章:相關(guān)概念及理論基礎(chǔ);第3章:農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工現(xiàn)狀分析;第4章:新型農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工管理模式的提出;第5章:實施的效果和對策建議以及第6章:研究展望,六部分。筆者根據(jù)員工關(guān)系管理等理論,以農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工文化建設(shè)為手段,構(gòu)建了企業(yè)文化與農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工文化傳承對接的動態(tài)模型,通過對農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析,對農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工的管理問題進行深入剖析,制定對策,研究出一套新型農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工管理模式,最終達到為農(nóng)民勞務(wù)工維權(quán)的目的,從而更好地促進和諧企業(yè)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Promoting the harmonious and stable development of enterprises is one of the important functions of trade union organizations. At the 11th second staff Congress of Tianjin Port Group Co., Ltd, Secretary Yu Rumin put forward "We should establish and improve a set of stable working machines." The work requirements of consciously safeguarding the overall situation of reform and stability, Wang Qinglin, chairman of the trade union of the group company, stressed at the second committee (enlargement) meeting of the 12 session of the group trade union that "it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of the maintenance and stability mechanism." At present, the total number of peasant workers in JGS Company is equal to the number of official workers in the post, and has gradually grown into the main force in the production and construction of the company. The concern about the group of peasant workers is not only due to the change in this "quantity". It is also due to the four "quality" factors: first, the farmer labor is the main force of the port loading and unloading industry, is the group "to improve the port function, accelerate industrial upgrading" forward practitioners; Second, the stability of peasant labor force is an important factor to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of port enterprises, the third is that the construction of peasant labor culture is an important part of the group's cultural construction, which will have a direct impact on its final effect. The fourth is to promote the quality of peasant workers through cultural construction, which is an important driving force for the construction of qualified personnel in the group. Based on the function of the trade union organization, combining the basic situation of our country and the reality of JGS company, this paper collects the data by using the method of questionnaire survey and literature method, on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the data. The thesis is divided into chapter 1: introduction; Chapter 2: related concepts and theoretical basis; Chapter 3: analysis of the current situation of migrant workers; Chapter 4 puts forward the new management mode of peasant labor workers, chapter 5: effect of implementation and countermeasures and suggestions, and chapter 6: research prospect, six parts. According to the theory of employee relationship management, the author takes the construction of peasant labor culture as a means. The dynamic model of the connection between enterprise culture and peasant labor culture is constructed. Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of peasant labor workers, the management problems of peasant labor workers are deeply analyzed, and the countermeasures are worked out. This paper studies a new management mode of peasant labor workers, and finally achieves the goal of protecting the rights of peasants' labor workers, thus promoting the construction of harmonious enterprises.
