【摘要】：項(xiàng)目的投資可行性研究是企業(yè)投資管理活動中十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)。在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,針對投資項(xiàng)目科學(xué)地進(jìn)行市場分析和預(yù)測,合理地確定投資項(xiàng)目的規(guī)模、預(yù)測項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,是企業(yè)項(xiàng)目投資成功的可靠保障。 壽(光)(鄒)平鐵路成為山東省北部又一條鐵路運(yùn)輸通道,線路東聯(lián)益羊線、德龍煙線,中聯(lián)淄東線,與煙大輪渡、藍(lán)煙鐵路接通,為環(huán)渤海鐵路、沿海鐵路的重要分支,將成為山東北部煙臺、龍口、濰坊等港口的重要集疏運(yùn)通道。 本文從山東省地方鐵路局的經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀及近期發(fā)展規(guī)劃及山東省地方鐵路現(xiàn)狀入手進(jìn)行分析,提出了壽光至鄒平地方鐵路對山東省地方鐵路局發(fā)展的意義。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,從理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的角度,用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,通過對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行預(yù)測、并進(jìn)一步對項(xiàng)目影響區(qū)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行預(yù)測；再結(jié)合國家有關(guān)政策及規(guī)范,確定本投資項(xiàng)目的規(guī)模及具體方案；最后對投資方案的各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了科學(xué)的分析。 通過分析,本線的修建延伸了鐵路吸引范圍,擴(kuò)大了經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地,可吸引更多貨運(yùn)量,充分利用既有路網(wǎng)的資產(chǎn)和能力；同時能夠促進(jìn)沿線地方經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,完善地區(qū)鐵路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)和綜合交通運(yùn)輸體系,對促進(jìn)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展將產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
[Abstract]:Investment feasibility study is a very important link in enterprise investment management activities. Under the condition of market economy, market analysis and forecast are carried out scientifically for investment projects, and the scale of investment projects is reasonably determined. Forecasting the economic benefits of the project is a reliable guarantee for the success of the enterprise project investment. The Shou (Guang Li (Zou Ping) Railway) has become another railway transportation channel in the north of Shandong Province. It is an important branch of the Bohai Rim Railway and the coastal railway, which is connected to the Yanda Ferry Line and the Blue Yam Railway, as well as the East Line of the East Lianyi Yi-Yang Line, the Delongyan Line, and the Zhonglianzi East Line. Will become the northern Shandong Yantai, Longkou, Weifang port and other important transportation channels. Based on the analysis of the management status and the recent development plan of the local railway administration in Shandong Province and the present situation of the local railway in Shandong Province, the significance of the Shouguang to Zouping local railway administration to the development of the local railway bureau in Shandong Province is put forward. On this basis, from the angle of combining theory and practice, using the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, through forecasting the economic development situation, and further forecasting the development status of the project impact area; Combining with the relevant national policies and norms, the paper determines the scale and concrete scheme of the investment project, and finally carries on the scientific analysis to each economic index of the investment project. Through analysis, the construction of this line extends the scope of railway attraction, expands the economic hinterland, can attract more freight, make full use of the assets and capacity of the existing road network, and at the same time promote the development of local economy along the line. Perfecting the structure of regional railway network and comprehensive transportation system will have a profound impact on promoting regional economic development.
