【摘要】:伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化、全球化趨勢(shì)的發(fā)展,全球汽車(chē)消費(fèi)需求快速增長(zhǎng),國(guó)內(nèi)外汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)高速發(fā)展,汽車(chē)整車(chē)物流規(guī)模也隨之?dāng)U大,進(jìn)出口、過(guò)境等國(guó)際運(yùn)輸需求穩(wěn)步上升,全程國(guó)際物流已成為國(guó)內(nèi)汽車(chē)物流企業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)的熱點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目之一。對(duì)于有著多樣化運(yùn)輸需求和運(yùn)輸路徑的汽車(chē)整車(chē)國(guó)際物流業(yè)務(wù)來(lái)說(shuō),國(guó)際多式聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)輸方式是實(shí)現(xiàn)跨境全程物流的必然選擇。汽車(chē)物流運(yùn)作模式中服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈特征則決定了鏈上的節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)作為不同的利益主體共同構(gòu)成了這一動(dòng)態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。而國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)更是涉及不同國(guó)家和多個(gè)口岸,在實(shí)際運(yùn)作過(guò)程中充滿了復(fù)雜和隨機(jī)的因素和因此導(dǎo)致的無(wú)法預(yù)期后果。因此,如何系統(tǒng)化地歸納和總結(jié)汽車(chē)整車(chē)國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)作流程,準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)和評(píng)估具體的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施情況,已經(jīng)成為汽車(chē)物流企業(yè)亟待解決并優(yōu)化的問(wèn)題之一。本文對(duì)國(guó)際多式聯(lián)運(yùn)、物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈以及供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作參考模型進(jìn)行了理論綜述,通過(guò)分析國(guó)際多式聯(lián)運(yùn)的組織方式以及物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的層次結(jié)構(gòu),引出汽車(chē)整車(chē)國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)作模型建立的必要性。然后,根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作參考模型(SCOR)的使用指導(dǎo)內(nèi)容,結(jié)合物流產(chǎn)品的服務(wù)性,建立了汽車(chē)整車(chē)國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)作模型的第一層、第二層、第三層以及績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系。并且通過(guò)案例企業(yè)汽車(chē)整車(chē)國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)項(xiàng)目案例,運(yùn)用Arena仿真軟件模擬物流服務(wù)交付流程情況,從仿真結(jié)果中尋找現(xiàn)行國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)作模式中存在的問(wèn)題,回溯到汽車(chē)整車(chē)國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)作模型中分析總結(jié)導(dǎo)致因素和優(yōu)化途徑,從而證明了模型的合理性和適用性。本文運(yùn)用定量研究、定性研究以及實(shí)證研究等研究方法,從汽車(chē)物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈分析入手,以構(gòu)建汽車(chē)整車(chē)國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)作模型為目標(biāo),在物流運(yùn)作系統(tǒng)建模、績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系建立以及物流服務(wù)交付流程仿真優(yōu)化等方面進(jìn)行了探索性的研究。最終,經(jīng)過(guò)驗(yàn)證的汽車(chē)整車(chē)國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)運(yùn)作模型將會(huì)對(duì)優(yōu)化現(xiàn)行國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)模式、建立國(guó)際物流服務(wù)體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及實(shí)施國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)項(xiàng)目的高層決策起到重要的參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the economic integration and the development of globalization, the global automobile consumption demand increases rapidly, the domestic and foreign automobile industry develops rapidly, the automobile logistics scale also expands, the international transportation demand such as import and export, transit and so on increases steadily. The whole process of international logistics has become one of the hot projects in the development of domestic automobile logistics enterprises. International multimodal transport mode is the inevitable choice to realize the whole cross-border logistics. The characteristics of service supply chain in the operation mode of automobile logistics decide that the node enterprises on the chain, as different stakeholders, constitute this dynamic together. Network. And international intermodal transport business involves different countries and multiple ports, In the actual operation process is full of complex and random factors and the resulting unpredictable consequences. Therefore, how to systematically summarize and summarize the international intermodal transport operation process, accurately predict and evaluate the implementation of specific projects, It has become one of the problems to be solved and optimized for automobile logistics enterprises. This paper makes a theoretical review of international multimodal transport, logistics service supply chain and supply chain operation reference model. By analyzing the organization mode of international multimodal transport and the hierarchical structure of logistics service supply chain, the necessity of establishing international intermodal transport operation model of automobile is deduced. Then, according to the usage guidance content of supply chain operation reference model (SCOR), Combined with the service nature of logistics products, the first, second, third and performance evaluation system of the international intermodal transport operation model of automobile is established. Using the Arena simulation software to simulate the logistics service delivery process, to find out the problems existing in the current international intermodal transport operation mode from the simulation results, to trace back to the analysis and summary of the cause factors and the optimized ways in the automobile international intermodal transport operation model. Therefore, the rationality and applicability of the model are proved. This paper uses quantitative, qualitative and empirical research methods, starting with the analysis of automobile logistics service supply chain, with the aim of constructing the international intermodal transport operation model of automobile. In logistics operation system modeling, performance evaluation system establishment and logistics service delivery process simulation optimization and other aspects of exploratory research. The verified model will play an important role in optimizing the current international intermodal transport model, establishing the standard of international logistics service system and implementing the high-level decision of international intermodal transport project.
