【摘要】：通過分析鐵路建設融資方式主體間的博弈關系,從闡釋影響融資選擇機理的角度,構建以最大化預期項目自由現(xiàn)金流量現(xiàn)值為目標的鐵路融資管理均衡模型,并設計相應的啟發(fā)式算法求解近似納什均衡,以期模擬鐵路建設的融資活動,對融資結構進行動態(tài)優(yōu)化調(diào)整。最后,結合中老鐵路PPP融資模式的最優(yōu)融資結構,驗證算法動態(tài)的多階段演化效果,結果顯示該鐵路建設項目偏好于債券融資。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the game relationship among the main subjects of railway construction financing , the paper constructs the equilibrium model of railway financing management based on the present value of free cash flow of the expected project , and designs the corresponding heuristic algorithm to solve the approximate Nash equilibrium , so as to simulate the financing activities of the railway construction , and to adjust the dynamic optimization of the financing structure . Finally , the multi - stage evolution effect of the algorithm dynamic is verified by combining the optimal financing structure of the PPP financing model in the middle - old railway , and the result shows that the railway construction project prefers bond financing .
