【摘要】：于散貨航運業(yè)是世界航運業(yè)的重要組成部分。隨著世界經(jīng)濟全球化趨勢的不斷增強,干散貨航運業(yè)的競爭日趨激烈。為了準確把握干散貨航運業(yè)風(fēng)云變幻的形勢,降低中國干散貨航運業(yè)經(jīng)營的風(fēng)險,提高國際競爭力,有必要對中國的干散貨航運業(yè)進行研究。 本文運用現(xiàn)代公共管理理論,以涉及航運業(yè)務(wù)活動的公共部門為主體,以航運公共管理為核心,以服務(wù)航運業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,以提升管理效果為重點,以通過航運增加社會福利為目的,首先從基本理論入手,對于散貨航運業(yè)、當前面臨的嚴峻形勢及發(fā)展趨勢進行了闡述；其次通過對典型公司的分析研究映射出中國整個干散貨航運業(yè)存在的問題；最后以政府公共管理的角度,提出了解決上述問題的戰(zhàn)略思想和對策。 希望通過本文的研究,能對我國整個干散貨航運業(yè)的健康發(fā)展起到一定的積極作用。
[Abstract]:The bulk shipping industry is an important part of the world shipping industry. With the increasing trend of the world economic globalization, the competition in the dry bulk shipping industry is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to accurately grasp the changing situation of the dry bulk shipping industry, It is necessary to study China's dry bulk shipping industry in order to reduce the risk of its operation and improve its international competitiveness. This paper applies modern public management theory, taking the public sector involved in shipping business activities as the main body, taking the shipping public management as the core, taking the service shipping industry as the guide, and focusing on improving the management effect. In order to increase the social welfare through shipping, this paper begins with the basic theory, and expounds the severe situation and development trend of bulk shipping industry at present. Secondly, through the analysis and research of typical companies, the problems existing in the whole dry bulk shipping industry in China are mapped out. Finally, from the angle of government public management, the strategic thoughts and countermeasures to solve the above problems are put forward. It is hoped that the research in this paper will play a positive role in the healthy development of the whole dry bulk shipping industry in China.
