【摘要】：煤炭碼頭作為煤炭海陸流通環(huán)節(jié)的銜接點，是整個煤炭物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的重要流通節(jié)點，煤炭碼頭作業(yè)效率的提高對整個煤炭流通環(huán)節(jié)的順暢有著重要的作用，因此，對煤炭碼頭裝卸作業(yè)流程的改善研究是整個煤炭供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化的重要組成部分，有著重要的現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)意義。 本文以神華天津煤炭碼頭公司的裝卸作業(yè)作為研究背景，通過對神華天津煤炭碼頭作業(yè)三個環(huán)節(jié)：車場作業(yè)系統(tǒng)、堆場儲存系統(tǒng)以及場船作業(yè)系統(tǒng)的具體研究，分析得到了神華天津煤炭碼頭作業(yè)流程中存在的問題，并運用庫存管理、并行工程及動態(tài)作業(yè)調(diào)度這三個優(yōu)化理論，在控制成本、提高效率以及提高服務(wù)水平的優(yōu)化原則下，，首先對神華天津煤炭碼頭裝卸作業(yè)進行了詳盡的效率分析，針對每個作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)提出了具體的作業(yè)改善方法——采用庫存管理的相關(guān)理念對堆場的布局以及日常堆存活動進行規(guī)劃、對各環(huán)節(jié)的機械設(shè)備進行合理的作業(yè)規(guī)劃調(diào)度、實現(xiàn)整個作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)的信息化以及并行化的訂單處理方式。最后在提出的具體改善方法基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合煤炭市場需求持續(xù)增長的預(yù)期，進一步提出了企業(yè)層面上保持煤炭供應(yīng)鏈順暢、注重港口整體規(guī)劃與建設(shè)以及作業(yè)層面上改進作業(yè)流程、合理制定機械設(shè)備改造更新計劃、加強員工培訓(xùn)提高員工業(yè)務(wù)素養(yǎng)這兩大方面的政策建議，用以實現(xiàn)煤炭碼頭的深層次優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:The coal wharf is an important circulation node in the whole coal logistics network as the link point of the coal sea and land circulation link. The improvement of the operation efficiency of the coal wharf plays an important role in the smooth flow of the whole coal circulation link. The research on the improvement of coal wharf handling process is an important part of the coordination and optimization of the whole coal supply chain, which has important practical significance. This paper takes the loading and unloading operation of Shenhua Tianjin Coal Wharf Company as the research background, through the concrete research on three links of Shenhua Tianjin Coal Wharf's operation: vehicle yard operation system, storage system of storage yard and yard operation system. The problems existing in the operation process of Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal are analyzed, and three optimization theories, inventory management, concurrent engineering and dynamic job scheduling, are used to optimize the cost control, efficiency improvement and service level improvement. First of all, the efficiency of loading and unloading operations of Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal is analyzed in detail, and a specific operation improvement method is put forward for each operation link-the layout of the yard and the daily storage activities are planned by using the related concept of inventory management. Carry on the reasonable job planning and scheduling to the mechanical equipment of each link, realize the informationization of the whole operation link and the parallel order processing method. Finally, on the basis of the concrete improvement method proposed, Combined with the expectation of continuous growth of coal market demand, it is further put forward that the coal supply chain should be maintained smoothly at the enterprise level, the overall planning and construction of ports should be paid attention to, the operation process should be improved at the operational level, and the renewal plan for the transformation of machinery and equipment should be drawn up reasonably. Strengthen the staff training, improve the staff quality of the two aspects of the policy recommendations, in order to achieve a deep level of coal wharf optimization.
