基于TBM的天津外代核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著世界的發(fā)展變化,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,產(chǎn)品生命周期的縮短以及全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的加強(qiáng),企業(yè)的成功不再歸功于短暫的或偶然的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)或靈機(jī)一動(dòng)的市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略,而是企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的外在表現(xiàn),因此,提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力已經(jīng)迫在眉睫。 船舶代理企業(yè)作為港口物流發(fā)展的領(lǐng)頭軍,為海洋運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展發(fā)揮著重要作用。作為國(guó)家綜合交通體系中不可缺少的組成部分,受到中國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織的影響,船舶代理行業(yè)逐漸從壟斷轉(zhuǎn)向開放,代理企業(yè)在經(jīng)歷了獨(dú)家經(jīng)營(yíng)—有限競(jìng)爭(zhēng)—完全競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的洗禮后,其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力也發(fā)生了根本的變化。船舶代理企業(yè)要想在開放后日益激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持并擴(kuò)大自己的市場(chǎng)份額,必須利用自身優(yōu)勢(shì),重新審視面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),不斷完善與提升自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 而全面均衡管理(TBM)是一種來自港口企業(yè)實(shí)際管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),是一種適用于港口行業(yè)探索性的管理體系,是一套適合港口企業(yè)發(fā)展的理念及方法的總和,能很好的整合船舶代理企業(yè)的相關(guān)資源,完善其技術(shù)能力,提高其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,使之更好更快的發(fā)展。 本文結(jié)合天津外代的特點(diǎn),圍繞全面均衡管理體系(TBM)是否可以適應(yīng)船舶代理企業(yè)的發(fā)展需要,從而提升其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力展開研究。文章首先介紹了船舶代理企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的特點(diǎn)和全面均衡管理的基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí);其次通過天津外代外部環(huán)境、優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、挑戰(zhàn)的SWOT分析,得出提升其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要性;再次對(duì)其無形資產(chǎn)、內(nèi)部資源、市場(chǎng)客戶、業(yè)務(wù)類型四個(gè)方面的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),從而構(gòu)建出基于TBM的天津外代核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力模型;然后依據(jù)模型中的指標(biāo)體系,通過和自己及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手比較后的實(shí)證結(jié)果進(jìn)一步分析出全面均衡管理體系是否已經(jīng)提高了天津外代的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力并得出結(jié)論;最后層層分析,提出此體系在天津外代經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中的需改進(jìn)的措施,以期使其長(zhǎng)期立于不敗之地。
[Abstract]:As the world evolves, competition intensifies, product life cycles shorten, and global economic integration increases, the success of enterprises no longer owes their success to temporary or accidental product development or brainstorming market strategies. It is the external performance of the core competence of the enterprise, therefore, it is urgent to improve the core competence of the enterprise. As the leading force in port logistics development, ship agency enterprises play an important role in the development of marine transportation industry. As an indispensable part of the national comprehensive transportation system, ship agency enterprises are influenced by China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). The ship agency industry has gradually changed from monopoly to opening up. After experiencing the baptism of exclusive operation, limited competition and complete competition, the agency enterprises have experienced the baptism of exclusive operation, limited competition and complete competition. In order to maintain and expand its market share in the increasingly fierce competition after opening up, shipping agency enterprises must take advantage of their own advantages and re-examine the opportunities and challenges they face. Constantly improve and enhance their core competitiveness. TBMis a summation of experience from the actual management of port enterprises, is a kind of exploratory management system suitable for port industry, and is the sum of a set of ideas and methods suitable for the development of port enterprises. It can integrate the related resources of the shipping agent, improve its technical ability, improve its competitiveness, and make it develop better and faster. According to the characteristics of Tianjin outgeneration, this paper focuses on whether TBMcan adapt to the development needs of shipping agency enterprises. Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristics of the core competence of shipping agency enterprises and the basic theoretical knowledge of overall balanced management; secondly, through Tianjin external environment, advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, Based on the SWOT analysis of the challenge, the importance of improving its core competence is obtained, and the core competitiveness of its intangible assets, internal resources, market customers and business types is evaluated again. In order to construct the model of Tianjin external core competence based on TBM, and then according to the index system in the model, By comparing with myself and competitors, the paper further analyzes whether the overall equilibrium management system has improved the core competitiveness of Tianjin outgeneration and draws a conclusion. The paper puts forward the measures to be improved in Tianjin's external management, in order to make the system remain invincible for a long time.
