【摘要】：營(yíng)口港作為東北經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)進(jìn)出口貨物最經(jīng)濟(jì)的優(yōu)選運(yùn)輸鏈,被遼寧省確立為沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)“6+1”模式的出海港,其陸路運(yùn)輸成本較周邊港口相對(duì)較低,具有非常重要的地位。《東北地區(qū)振興規(guī)劃》、遼寧“五點(diǎn)一線(xiàn)”沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的建設(shè)、沈陽(yáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)等一系列國(guó)家級(jí)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的貫徹實(shí)施,促使?fàn)I口港要適應(yīng)當(dāng)前形勢(shì),快速發(fā)展。隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的加快,國(guó)際間交流也日益增加,環(huán)渤海港口中之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也更加激烈,就目前來(lái)看,營(yíng)口港如果想要生存發(fā)展,那么必須在環(huán)渤海港口中占有一席之位,縮短與青島、天津港的差距,逐步趕上并超越大連港,同時(shí)拉開(kāi)與秦皇島港、煙臺(tái)港、日照港的距離,由此可見(jiàn),營(yíng)口港在環(huán)渤海港口群中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究就顯得意義十分重大。 本文從港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論入手,闡述了港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)以及港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)方法,分析了目前環(huán)渤海區(qū)域中主要港口的分布格局以及營(yíng)口港所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,然后建立了港口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用主成分分析法對(duì)營(yíng)口港在環(huán)渤海港口群中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析和綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究,最后根據(jù)結(jié)論數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)比不足,明確了營(yíng)口港競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平以及存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),最后針對(duì)營(yíng)口港存在的問(wèn)題及自身發(fā)展情況提出了對(duì)策建議。 本文的研究對(duì)營(yíng)口港口的發(fā)展實(shí)踐具有一定的參考價(jià)值,有利于營(yíng)口港口又好又快的發(fā)展,有利于處理好港口發(fā)展中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作關(guān)系；有利于促進(jìn)營(yíng)口區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展.
[Abstract]:Yingkou Port, as the most economical transportation chain of import and export goods in Northeast China Economic Zone, is established as the exit port of "61" mode in Shenyang Economic Zone in Liaoning Province, and its overland transportation cost is relatively lower than that of surrounding ports. It has a very important position. The Plan for the Revitalization of the Northeast region, the construction of Liaoning's "5.1 Line" coastal economic belt, the implementation of a series of national development strategies such as Shenyang Economic Zone, etc., urge Yingkou Port to adapt to the current situation. Rapid development. With the development of the world economy and the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, international exchanges are increasing day by day, and the competition among the ports around the Bohai Sea is becoming more intense. At present, if Yingkou Port wants to survive and develop, Well, we must occupy a seat in the ports around the Bohai Sea, shorten the gap with Qingdao and Tianjin Port, gradually catch up with and surpass Dalian Port, and at the same time draw the distance from Qinhuangdao Port, Yantai Port and Rizhao Port. It can be seen from this. It is of great significance to study the competitiveness of Yingkou Port in Bohai Sea Group. Starting with the theory of port competitiveness, this paper expounds the contents, characteristics and evaluation methods of port competitiveness, analyzes the distribution pattern of main ports around the Bohai Sea and the competitive pressure of Yingkou port. Then the evaluation index system of port competitiveness is established. On the basis of this, the competitiveness of Yingkou Port in Bohai Bay Port Group is systematically analyzed and comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis method. Finally, according to the conclusion data, the paper analyzes the competitiveness of Yingkou Port. This paper makes clear the competitiveness level, advantages and disadvantages of Yingkou Port, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems and development of Yingkou Port. The research in this paper has certain reference value to the development practice of Yingkou port, is beneficial to the good and fast development of Yingkou port, to deal with the competition and cooperation relationship in port development, and to promote the development of Yingkou regional economy.
