【摘要】：現(xiàn)今,隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化迅速發(fā)展和新一輪產(chǎn)業(yè)梯度轉(zhuǎn)移,河南傳統(tǒng)交通優(yōu)勢(shì)弱化的壓力不斷加大,同時(shí)就河南不沿海不靠邊的內(nèi)陸區(qū)位而言,對(duì)于其他運(yùn)輸方式,航空運(yùn)輸一直是河南省綜合交通中制約其參與國(guó)際分工的短板�；诖�,國(guó)家和省政府對(duì)鄭州航空港經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱'鄭州航空港')的建設(shè)和發(fā)展進(jìn)行大力扶持。在這種背景下,本文對(duì)于鄭州航空港與河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,揭示航空港促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響因素作用方式和影響力排序,為促進(jìn)航空港建設(shè)、實(shí)現(xiàn)航空港與河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供政策制定的參考依據(jù),也對(duì)政府以及相關(guān)企業(yè)提供實(shí)際應(yīng)用上的指導(dǎo)建議。在大量文獻(xiàn)的閱讀基礎(chǔ)上,本文通過研究和分析國(guó)內(nèi)外航空港在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展原理的差異和協(xié)同,確定了本文的研究方向以及主要指標(biāo)。首先,闡述了臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,分析航空港與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系機(jī)理、航空港對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的作用。而后,基于發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,建立鄭州航空港與河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展關(guān)系研究的主要指標(biāo),運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析得出影響因素對(duì)河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響力排序。最后,提出對(duì)策建議。本文針對(duì)鄭州航空港與河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,通過對(duì)工業(yè)、航空物流、地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和對(duì)外貿(mào)易四類影響因素相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,得到了二者的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)性和提升轉(zhuǎn)化方式,從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、物流信息、人力資源和增值性服務(wù)四個(gè)方面,為航空港與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)同發(fā)展提供了策略及有效建議。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of world economic integration and a new round of industrial gradient transfer, the pressure of the weakening of Henan's traditional traffic advantage is increasing. At the same time, as far as the inland location of Henan is not coastal and unsidelined, other transportation modes are concerned. Air transport has always been a short board in the comprehensive traffic of Henan province, which restricts its participation in the international division of labor. The national and provincial governments have made great efforts to support the construction and development of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental area (hereinafter referred to as Zhengzhou Airport Port). Under this background, this paper studies the relationship between Zhengzhou Airport and the economic development of Henan Province. This paper reveals the influencing factors of regional economic development and the order of influence, which provides a reference for the construction of aviation port and the realization of economic development in Henan Province, and provides a reference basis for the policy formulation of the aviation port and the economic development of Henan Province. On the basis of reading a large amount of literature, this paper studies and analyzes the differences and coordination of the industrial structure and the development principle of air-front economy between domestic and foreign airports. The research direction and main indicators of this paper are determined. Firstly, the theory of air-front economy and the development of regional economy are expounded. Secondly, the mechanism of the relationship between airport and regional economic development is analyzed. Then, based on the analysis of the current situation of development, the main indexes of the research on the relationship between Zhengzhou Airport and Henan Province's economic development are established. The influence of influencing factors on the economic development of Henan Province is obtained by using grey relational analysis. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This paper studies the relationship between Zhengzhou Airport and Henan Province's economic development, and through the analysis of industry and aviation logistics, By analyzing the relevant data of four kinds of influencing factors of regional economy and foreign trade, we get the intrinsic correlation and the way of upgrading transformation between the two, from the four aspects of infrastructure, logistics information, human resources and value-added services. It provides strategies and effective suggestions for the coordinated development of airport and regional economy.
