【摘要】：近年來,隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、計算機技術(shù)等新興科技的盛行,行業(yè)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)生的信息呈現(xiàn)爆炸式發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,“大數(shù)據(jù)”一詞驟然成為各行各業(yè)炙手可熱的新名詞。道路運輸行業(yè)也緊跟時代潮流,基于車聯(lián)網(wǎng)和信息技術(shù)等新興科技催化下的信息資源,具有規(guī)模性、高速性、復(fù)雜性、多樣性等“大數(shù)據(jù)”特征。通過高效開發(fā)、利用道路運輸信息資源的“加工”能力實現(xiàn)其“增值”作用,為行業(yè)管理提供決策支持,已是大勢所趨。為此,本文依托道路運輸中的核心信息系統(tǒng)進行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,旨在能夠助力行業(yè)運營管理。數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)作為一門多領(lǐng)域、多學(xué)科的融合技術(shù),在各行各業(yè)中應(yīng)用廣泛。本文在借鑒國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘理論、方法、行業(yè)應(yīng)用等的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,通過深入探討實施大數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)條件,即歷史信息、資源共享、決策目標,明確了本文的研究主題。提出應(yīng)用聚類分析、粗糙集、關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則方法改善現(xiàn)有道路運輸經(jīng)營狀況,并得到有效性驗證�；诎嗑�客運市場運營中現(xiàn)存的運輸模式常年固定不變的問題,從客運線路、發(fā)車日期、發(fā)車時間三個角度進行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘。通過合理的數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理和分析指標的選擇,采用Two Step聚類分析方法,即構(gòu)建CF樹將數(shù)據(jù)集預(yù)聚類為較小子集,再應(yīng)用凝聚的層次聚類合并為最佳數(shù)量的類別。應(yīng)用SPSS Modeler軟件建立數(shù)據(jù)流模型并實現(xiàn)結(jié)果的可視化展示。最終得出旅客頻繁出行的線路、時間的規(guī)律,為客運管理者開展以旅客為中心,按需定制、靈活發(fā)班的客運經(jīng)營模式提供決策依據(jù)。基于衛(wèi)星定位信息系統(tǒng)中的運輸業(yè)戶考核信息數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合粗糙集理論與關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則方法,對數(shù)據(jù)進行預(yù)處理約簡來提高生成規(guī)則的質(zhì)量。從數(shù)據(jù)離散化、屬性約簡、規(guī)則構(gòu)建三個方面設(shè)計算法,應(yīng)用信息熵理論、遺傳算法和Apriori方法實施數(shù)據(jù)挖掘。通過條件屬性的約簡明確影響考核結(jié)果的關(guān)鍵因素,并縮減規(guī)則構(gòu)建的輸入信息,以簡潔明了、科學(xué)有效的決策規(guī)則來助力運輸業(yè)戶和行業(yè)管理者對衛(wèi)星定位平臺的監(jiān)管。本文將數(shù)據(jù)挖掘中的主要方法應(yīng)用于對信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,優(yōu)化了道路運輸中客運和車輛監(jiān)管方面的宏觀管理和調(diào)控,為行業(yè)管理提供了的決策支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the mobile Internet, networking, computer technology and other emerging technologies of popular industry application information generated by the explosive development of the situation, the big data word suddenly become the hottest new term in all walks of life. The road transport industry is also closely follow the trend of the times, car networking and information technology and other new technology under the catalysis of information resource based on the scale, speed, complexity, diversity and other characteristics of "big data". Through the efficient development and utilization of road transport information resources of the "process" to achieve their "value-added", to provide decision support for the industry management, is represent the general trend. Therefore, the core information system based on road transport the data mining, in order to operation and management of power industry. Data mining technology is a multi domain fusion technology, widely used in all walks of life. Referring to the domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of data mining, method, application based on research results, through the discussion on the implementation of the basic conditions of large data analysis, namely historical information, resource sharing, decision objective, clear the theme of this paper. We should use clustering analysis, rough set, Association rules to improve the existing methods the road transport operations, and validation. The class line passenger transport mode existing in the market operation of perennial fixed problem based on departure from passenger lines, date, data mining three point of departure time. Through reasonable data preprocessing and analysis index, using Two Step cluster analysis method, i.e. build the CF tree data set for a minimal set of pre clustering, hierarchical clustering and application of condensed into the optimal number of categories. The application of SPSS Modeler software to establish the data flow model and To achieve results visualization. Finally the passenger travel frequently line time rule, for managers to carry out passenger passenger as the center, on-demand, flexible decision-making based on class passenger business model. The satellite positioning information system in the transport industry examination information data based on the combination of theory and method of rough association rules set, preprocess data reduction to improve the quality of the production rule. From the data discretization, attribute reduction and rule construction in three aspects of the design algorithm, using information entropy theory, genetic algorithm and Apriori implementation method of data mining. The key factors affecting the assessment results clearly by reduction of condition attributes, the input information and reduction rules the construction, in a concise, effective scientific decision rules to help transport operators and industry managers to monitor the satellite positioning platform. This paper will in data mining The main method is applied to the analysis of information system data, optimized the macro management and regulation of passenger transport and vehicle supervision in road transportation, and provided decision support for industry management.
