【摘要】：近年來，我國公路運(yùn)輸需求一直隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展保持著快速增長的趨勢，特別是隨著公路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的完善和車輛的改進(jìn)，使中長距離的公路運(yùn)輸進(jìn)一步得到發(fā)展。同時公路建設(shè)步伐的加快，也隨之帶來了一系列問題。首先，交通方便會帶來附近土地價值上升，人口密度加大，城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展和其他經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)項目的發(fā)展等問題。其次，公路建設(shè)的各個階段會與周圍的生態(tài)環(huán)境發(fā)生關(guān)系，造成自然資源的浪費(fèi)、生態(tài)環(huán)境的破壞和污染等。因此有必要研究公路建設(shè)與社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)的適應(yīng)性，對現(xiàn)今的公路網(wǎng)建設(shè)與社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的適應(yīng)性做出評價，為今后的公路建設(shè)提出建議，使公路建設(shè)適應(yīng)于社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。 論文首先綜述了國內(nèi)外公路建設(shè)適應(yīng)性的研究現(xiàn)狀及理論成果，分析了適應(yīng)性的內(nèi)涵及影響公路適應(yīng)性的因素。其次，根據(jù)我國現(xiàn)狀，選擇了合理的評價指標(biāo)，采用層次分析法進(jìn)行了分析，建立了評價公路建設(shè)適應(yīng)性評價的模型。最后，運(yùn)用層次分析法對山東省公路建設(shè)適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行了具體分析研究。通過本文的研究，不僅可以為公路建設(shè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)，還可以為公路設(shè)計和公路交通管理等方面提供現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。此外，對于政府決策管理者客觀對待公路建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和未來，促進(jìn)公路建設(shè)的合理發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the demand of highway transportation has been increasing rapidly with the development of social economy, especially with the improvement of highway infrastructure and the improvement of vehicles. At the same time, the accelerated pace of highway construction has also brought about a series of problems. First, convenient transportation will bring about an increase in the value of nearby land and an increase in population density. The development of urbanization and other economic construction projects, and other issues. Secondly, each stage of highway construction will have a relationship with the surrounding ecological environment, resulting in waste of natural resources. Therefore, it is necessary to study the adaptability of highway construction to social and economic development, to evaluate the adaptability of highway network construction to social and economic development, and to make suggestions for future highway construction. Make highway construction adapt to the development of society and economy. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research status and theoretical results of the adaptability of highway construction at home and abroad, analyzes the connotation of adaptability and the factors influencing the adaptability of highway. Secondly, according to the present situation of our country, the reasonable evaluation index is selected. This paper analyzes the adaptability of highway construction by AHP and establishes a model to evaluate the adaptability of highway construction. Finally, the adaptability of highway construction in Shandong Province is analyzed and studied by AHP. It can not only provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of highway construction, but also provide practical basis for highway design and highway traffic management. It is of great significance to promote the rational development of highway construction.
