【摘要】：在工程建設(shè)中,建筑工程耗資大、規(guī)模大,項目的可行性分析研究十分必要。本文對項目的可行性進(jìn)行了充分的分析及預(yù)測,對于企業(yè)投資是否盈利問題,提供了決策。能夠為企業(yè)避免在投資決策時所產(chǎn)生的不必要的損失,協(xié)助企業(yè)抓住良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。 本項目以葛洲壩投資有限公司在四川建設(shè)的高速公路為基礎(chǔ),充分剖析投資建設(shè)的可行性以及該項目的收益,為項目開展做了充分的調(diào)研。 本文的預(yù)測分析采用定性分析和定量分析相結(jié)合的方法。運(yùn)用理論與實際的研究調(diào)查,給予充分科學(xué)的報告。通過對該區(qū)域的人口和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的前景觀測,對項目的可行性做了充分的研究,突出了該項目實施的可行性。 對于本項目的功能定位結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐慕煌A(yù)測量,以數(shù)據(jù)模型的形式進(jìn)行了分析探討,為高速公路的建設(shè)實施提出了寶貴的意見。實現(xiàn)西部的快速發(fā)展,是建設(shè)本項目的初衷。積極配合資源優(yōu)勢整合,充分驗證了本項目的可實施性。 通過對項目的投資性分析以及財務(wù)易損分析,讓葛洲壩股份公司充分了解投資該項目的優(yōu)勢條件與不利因素。本文可以作為企業(yè)與及四川省政府共同合作開發(fā)的參考立足點,通過科學(xué)預(yù)測最終確定了本項目的可投資性。
[Abstract]:In the engineering construction, the construction project cost is large, the scale is large, the project feasibility analysis research is very necessary. This article has carried on the thorough analysis and the forecast to the project feasibility, whether the enterprise investment is profitable or not. It can avoid the unnecessary loss in the investment decision and help the enterprise to seize the good development opportunity. Based on the highway construction of Gezhouba Investment Co., Ltd in Sichuan province, the feasibility of investment construction and the benefit of the project are fully analyzed. The prediction analysis in this paper adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. It uses theoretical and practical research and investigation, and gives a full scientific report. The prospect of population and economic development in the region is observed through the observation of the future of population and economic development in the region. The feasibility of the project has been fully studied, highlighting the feasibility of the implementation of the project. The function orientation of the project combined with the local traffic forecast quantity is analyzed and discussed in the form of data model, which provides valuable advice for the implementation of highway construction and realizes the rapid development of the western region. It is the original intention of the construction of the project. Actively cooperate with the integration of resource advantages, fully verify the feasibility of the project. Through the project investment analysis and financial vulnerability analysis. Let Gezhouba Co., Ltd. fully understand the advantages and disadvantages of investing in the project. This paper can be used as a reference for the joint development of enterprises and Sichuan provincial government. Finally, the investability of this project is determined by scientific prediction.
