不正常航班和旅客行程恢復問題研究

【摘要】:隨著航空運輸?shù)目焖侔l(fā)展,資源日益緊缺,航班不正常情況越來越嚴重。不正常航班成為了社會日益關注的熱點,也成為航空公司面臨的巨大難題。如何科學合理地進行航班恢復,實現(xiàn)資源的合理調(diào)整,減少航班延誤,提高旅客滿意度是當前的研究熱點。這對航空公司有效地組織運輸生產(chǎn),減少運行成本,改善企業(yè)和行業(yè)形象都具有相當重要的意義。 本文根據(jù)國內(nèi)航空公司不正常航班旅客行程恢復的業(yè)務流程和需求,參考國內(nèi)外不正常航班的研究成果,對旅客分階段恢復問題、飛機路線和旅客行程一體化恢復問題進行了深入的探討和分析。首先,本文根據(jù)國內(nèi)各航空公司的延誤處理辦法以及航空公司運行控制中心的調(diào)度策略和流程,針對航班延誤的旅客服務、旅客安排策略和流程以及旅客行程優(yōu)化管理方法進行了總結和分析,為后續(xù)研究提供了現(xiàn)實背景和問題需求。其次,本文基于飛機路線的恢復方案,進行了旅客行程分階段恢復問題的研究。構建了不正常航班旅客行程恢復的多商品流模型,采用Danzig-Wolfe算法,配合以十字鏈表、棧、深度優(yōu)先策略、分枝定界算法的使用,進行模型求解。通過一個實際算例對算法的正確性和有效性進行了驗證。最后,本文進行了飛機路線和旅客行程一體化恢復問題的研究工作,構建了不正常航班飛機路線和旅客行程一體化恢復的混合規(guī)劃模型,設計出結合Danzig-Wolfe算法的貪婪模擬退火算法,極大地縮小了問題規(guī)模,,提高了求解效率。通過一個實際規(guī)模的算例驗證,該算法可以有效地求解不正常航班恢復問題,并在符合實時決策要求的情況下獲得滿意解。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of air transportation, resources are increasingly scarce, the abnormal situation of flights is becoming more and more serious. Abnormal flights have become the focus of social concern. Also become a huge problem faced by airlines. How to scientifically and reasonably carry out flight recovery, realize the reasonable adjustment of resources, reduce flight delay. It is very important for airlines to organize transportation production, reduce operation cost and improve the image of enterprises and industries. According to the business process and demand of domestic airlines' abnormal flight passenger itinerary recovery, and referring to the research results of domestic and foreign abnormal flights, this paper discusses the problem of passenger recovery in stages. The integration of aircraft route and passenger travel recovery is deeply discussed and analyzed. Firstly, according to the delay handling methods of domestic airlines and the scheduling strategy and process of airline operation control center. For the passenger service of flight delay, passenger scheduling strategy and process, and passenger itinerary optimization management methods are summarized and analyzed, which provides a realistic background and problem requirements for the follow-up research. Secondly. Based on the aircraft route recovery scheme, this paper studies the problem of passenger travel recovery in stages, and constructs a multi-commodity flow model for the recovery of abnormal flight passenger itinerary. Danzig-Wolfe algorithm is used in combination with cross linked list, stack, depth first strategy and branch and bound algorithm. Through a practical example to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the algorithm. Finally, this paper studies the integration of aircraft route and passenger travel recovery. The hybrid planning model of abnormal flight route and passenger route recovery is constructed, and a greedy simulated annealing algorithm combined with Danzig-Wolfe algorithm is designed, which greatly reduces the scale of the problem. The algorithm is proved to be effective in solving the abnormal flight recovery problem by a real scale example, and the satisfactory solution can be obtained under the condition of meeting the requirement of real-time decision.
