【摘要】：隨著純電動(dòng)公交車在城市公共交通中應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛,需要對(duì)純電動(dòng)公交車和傳統(tǒng)柴油公交車進(jìn)行全生命周期評(píng)估,并分析推廣純電動(dòng)公交的可行性.通過美國(guó)阿貢實(shí)驗(yàn)室開發(fā)的GREET(greenhouse gases,regulated emissions,and energy use in transportation model)軟件,充分考慮油井-油泵、公交車運(yùn)行、車身系統(tǒng)制造、液體系統(tǒng)制造、ADR(裝配、報(bào)廢和回收質(zhì)量)以及電池制造等6個(gè)階段能耗,結(jié)合公交車車型信息和路況信息,構(gòu)建公交模型,并對(duì)公交模型進(jìn)行能耗模擬、排放物模擬和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)估.結(jié)果表明,若車身長(zhǎng)度為12 m,車身質(zhì)量為18 t時(shí),純電動(dòng)公交車運(yùn)行過程能耗僅占其總能耗的31.1%.相較于傳統(tǒng)公交車,純電動(dòng)公交車全生命周期能耗減少29.1%,全生命周期內(nèi)VOC、CO、NO_x等污染物排放量分別減少8.7%、36.7%、50.2%,溫室氣體CO_2的排放量減少19.7%.若公交車隊(duì)規(guī)模為20輛,純電動(dòng)公交車使用年限為8 a,則純電動(dòng)公交車比例需超過12.7%才能實(shí)現(xiàn)盈利,單輛純電動(dòng)公交車若實(shí)現(xiàn)盈利至少需要3 a.
[Abstract]:With the application of pure electric bus in urban public transportation, it is necessary to evaluate the whole life cycle of pure electric bus and traditional diesel bus. The feasibility of popularizing pure electric bus is analyzed. GREET(greenhouse gas regulated emissions is developed by Argonne Laboratory. And energy use in transportation model software, fully considering the oil well-oil pump, bus operation, body system manufacturing. The six stages of energy consumption, such as assembly, scrap and recycling quality of liquid system manufacturing and battery manufacturing, are combined with bus type information and road condition information to build a public transport model. The energy consumption simulation, emission simulation and economic benefit evaluation of the bus model are carried out. The results show that if the body length is 12 m, the body mass is 18 t. Compared with the traditional bus, the energy consumption of the whole life cycle of the pure electric bus is reduced by 29.1%, and the whole life cycle of VOCCO is reduced. The emissions of NO_x and other pollutants are reduced by 8.7and 36.7and 50.2, respectively, and the emissions of greenhouse gas CO_2 are reduced by 19.70.If the size of the bus fleet is 20. If the service life of pure electric bus is 8 a, then the proportion of pure electric bus needs more than 12.7% to be profitable, and it takes at least 3 years for a single electric bus to make a profit.
