曹妃甸港集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:本文是對(duì)曹妃甸港集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇的一個(gè)研究。過去的十年,發(fā)展中國(guó)家經(jīng)歷了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期,快速的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)帶動(dòng)了國(guó)際海運(yùn)及大宗商品的繁榮,這使得發(fā)展中國(guó)家在國(guó)際航運(yùn)貿(mào)易中占據(jù)了主導(dǎo)地位。但是,2008年后,受到國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的影響,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展亦出現(xiàn)了波動(dòng)。弱勢(shì)的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)使得港口發(fā)展前景不明朗。因此,如何在新的挑戰(zhàn)與困難中做出正確的戰(zhàn)略選擇,對(duì)于集團(tuán)的發(fā)展是極為重要的。 首先,本文就曹妃甸港的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展環(huán)境做出系統(tǒng)梳理與分析,分別從宏觀環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境以及微觀環(huán)境的角度指出利、弊。并得出一個(gè)基本結(jié)論:未來5-10年,曹妃甸港會(huì)面臨難得的跨越式發(fā)展機(jī)遇,但是,集團(tuán)的人才、組織、文化基礎(chǔ)相對(duì)比較薄弱,亟需加強(qiáng)。 其次,本文以上述的環(huán)境條件為基礎(chǔ),探討了集團(tuán)總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定。第一,本人給出了總體戰(zhàn)略制定的指導(dǎo)思想;第二,本文在分析曹妃甸港的自然條件、政治條件以及行業(yè)條件的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了集團(tuán)發(fā)展的基本路徑;第三,本文給出了集團(tuán)的具體業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略。上述即是對(duì)集團(tuán)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇建議。 再次,為保證整體戰(zhàn)略的有效實(shí)施,,本文對(duì)集團(tuán)的職能戰(zhàn)略予以考察。并從從組織管理、人力資源、資本運(yùn)作、生產(chǎn)調(diào)度、服務(wù)品質(zhì)、企業(yè)文化及信息技術(shù)七個(gè)方面給出了具體的分析和建議。 最后,本文就集團(tuán)的戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施與控制做了進(jìn)一步的探討,并分別從實(shí)施機(jī)制和保障措施兩個(gè)角度做了深入的研究。
[Abstract]:This paper is a study on the development strategy of Caofeidian Port Group. Over the past ten years, developing countries have experienced a golden period of economic development, and rapid economic growth has led to the prosperity of international shipping and commodities. This makes developing countries dominant in international shipping trade. However, after 2008, it was affected by the international economic crisis. China's economic development has also fluctuated. The weak macro-economy makes the prospects of port development unclear. Therefore, how to make the right strategic choice in the new challenges and difficulties. It is very important for the development of the group. First of all, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the strategic development environment of Caofeidian Port, respectively from the macro environment, industry environment and micro-environment point of view. This paper draws a basic conclusion: Caofeidian Port will face rare leapfrog development opportunities in the next 5-10 years, but the talent, organization and cultural foundation of the group are relatively weak and need to be strengthened. Secondly, based on the above environmental conditions, this paper discusses the formulation of the group's overall development strategy. First, I give the guiding ideology of the overall strategy formulation; Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the natural conditions, political conditions and trade conditions of Caofeidian Port, this paper gives the basic path of the development of Caofeidian Port. Third, this paper gives the specific business strategy of the group. Thirdly, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the overall strategy, this paper examines the functional strategy of the group from organizational management, human resources, capital operation, production scheduling, service quality. Seven aspects of corporate culture and information technology are given specific analysis and suggestions. Finally, this paper makes a further discussion on the implementation and control of the Group's strategy, and makes a further study from the two angles of implementation mechanism and safeguard measures.
