【摘要】：港口對推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展發(fā)揮了重要的作用，近年來，國家積極扶持港口發(fā)展，推進(jìn)港口不斷擴(kuò)大建設(shè)規(guī)模，資金問題日益成為制約港口發(fā)展的重要瓶頸。如何擴(kuò)大港口融資規(guī)模，提高項(xiàng)目融資的質(zhì)量和水平，對于推進(jìn)港口發(fā)展意義重大。本文基于前人的研究成果，結(jié)合我國項(xiàng)目融資的基礎(chǔ)條件，提出了新的港口項(xiàng)目融資模式，并進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。 對當(dāng)前典型融資模式進(jìn)行了綜合比較分析，梳理了國內(nèi)外企業(yè)融資模式，并進(jìn)行了有效借鑒�；谌簺Q策的理論和方法，利用先進(jìn)的信息集結(jié)技術(shù)，構(gòu)建了港口項(xiàng)目融資模式選擇模型，選出了港口項(xiàng)目融資模式。界定了ABS融資模式概念內(nèi)涵，，深入分析ABS模式的特點(diǎn)和融資的優(yōu)勢，結(jié)合我國當(dāng)前資本市場的發(fā)展情況，重點(diǎn)分析了ABS模式在我國港口項(xiàng)目的應(yīng)用前景，提出了其運(yùn)作步驟，深入分析了ABS模式運(yùn)作方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，并對可能風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出了相應(yīng)的對策。對A港口項(xiàng)目融資模式進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究，基于ABS融資模式，對A港口項(xiàng)目融資模式進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)，并利用模糊綜合評價(jià)方法，對A港口ABS融資模式進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。文章最后對全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，歸納了論文研究的不足，并提出了新的研究方向。
[Abstract]:The port has played an important role in promoting economic development. In recent years, the state has actively supported the development of the port and promoted the continuous expansion of the port construction scale. Capital problem has become an important bottleneck restricting port development. How to expand the scale of port financing and improve the quality and level of project financing is of great significance for the promotion of port development. This paper is based on previous research results. Based on the basic conditions of project financing in China, a new port project financing model is proposed, and an empirical study is carried out. This paper makes a comprehensive comparative analysis of the current typical financing models, combs the domestic and foreign enterprise financing models, and makes effective use of them. Based on the theory and method of group decision, the advanced information gathering technology is used. The selection model of port project financing mode is constructed, the port project financing model is selected, the concept connotation of ABS financing mode is defined, and the characteristics and advantages of ABS mode are deeply analyzed. Combined with the development of China's current capital market, the application prospect of ABS mode in port projects in China is analyzed, and the operation steps are put forward, and the risks in the operation of ABS mode are deeply analyzed. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures to the possible risks. The A port project financing model is studied empirically, and based on the ABS financing model, the A port project financing model is designed. Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the paper analyzes the risk of ABS financing mode in Port A. at last, the paper summarizes the whole paper, summarizes the deficiency of the paper, and puts forward a new research direction.
