【摘要】：廣州作為港口城市,廣州港經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展,已躍居為國際大港。根據(jù)《珠三角地區(qū)改革發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》和廣州城市戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,廣州市已明確建設(shè)國際航運(yùn)中心,但尚未形成共識(shí)。另一方面,近年來,隨著珠三角港口的大發(fā)展,珠三角港口群港口能力過剩,供過于求導(dǎo)致競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將日趨激烈,廣州港口大而不強(qiáng),如不轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式,建設(shè)國際航運(yùn)中心,未來隨著這些周邊城市港口的發(fā)展,廣州港原腹地貨源將被徹底分流,將對(duì)廣州港的發(fā)展帶來巨大的威脅。 因此,本文從廣州這座港口城市為何需建設(shè)國際航運(yùn)中心的這一問題出發(fā),運(yùn)用SWOT法分析廣州這座港口城市的內(nèi)部條件和外部環(huán)境,從中得出廣州建設(shè)國際航運(yùn)中心的必要性、緊迫性與可行性,同時(shí)通過介紹國內(nèi)外國際航運(yùn)中心建設(shè)的情況,并結(jié)合廣州實(shí)際對(duì)廣州建設(shè)國際航運(yùn)中心進(jìn)行功能定位,提出了走腹地型國際航運(yùn)中心建設(shè)的模式。最后,在綜合分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出廣州建設(shè)國際航運(yùn)中心的具體戰(zhàn)略對(duì)策。 在文獻(xiàn)研究方面,關(guān)于廣州國際航運(yùn)中心建設(shè)存在著大量的空白,本文對(duì)廣州建設(shè)國際航運(yùn)中心具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Guangzhou as a port city, after decades of development, Guangzhou Port has become an international port. According to the "Pearl River Delta region Reform and Development Program" and Guangzhou City Strategic Planning. Guangzhou has clearly built an international shipping center, but has not yet formed a consensus. On the other hand, in recent years, with the great development of ports in the Pearl River Delta, the port capacity of the Pearl River Delta port group is overcapacity. Oversupply will lead to increasingly fierce competition, Guangzhou port is large and not strong, such as not changing the mode of development, building an international shipping center, the future with the development of these surrounding cities port. The original hinterland of Guangzhou Port will be completely diverted and will bring great threat to the development of Guangzhou Port. Therefore, starting from the question of why Guangzhou is a port city to build an international shipping center, this paper uses SWOT method to analyze the internal conditions and external environment of Guangzhou port city. The necessity, urgency and feasibility of Guangzhou's construction of international shipping center are obtained, and the construction of international shipping center at home and abroad is also introduced. Based on the actual situation of Guangzhou, this paper puts forward the mode of constructing international shipping center based on hinterland. Finally, on the basis of comprehensive analysis. This paper puts forward the specific strategic countermeasures for Guangzhou to build an international shipping center. In the aspect of literature research, there are a lot of gaps in the construction of Guangzhou international shipping center, and this paper has some reference significance for Guangzhou to build international shipping center.
