【摘要】：出租汽車是城市交通系統(tǒng)中不可缺少的組成部分，它能為出行者提供快捷、靈活的直達(dá)運輸服務(wù)，有效彌補了大容量公共交通的不足，正因為如此，它也是一個城市流動的風(fēng)景線和城市的名片。近年來，隨著西安城市規(guī)模的不斷擴大，城市人口數(shù)量的增多，西安市出租汽車客運行業(yè)也相應(yīng)地得到了迅速發(fā)展和壯大，其在保障城市居民出行方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用。但與此同時，，西安市出租汽車行業(yè)在發(fā)展中也累積了許多問題，如乘客打車難、“黑車”頻顯、管理部門監(jiān)管不到位等引起出租汽車公司、駕駛員、乘客不滿，激化了出租汽車行業(yè)矛盾，阻礙了出租行業(yè)正常有序的發(fā)展和社會的和諧穩(wěn)定。為此，本文就如何搞好西安出租車客運行業(yè)的管理工作這一問題進(jìn)行了研究。 本文首先闡述了出租汽車行業(yè)管理的基本概念及相關(guān)理論，接著對西安市出租汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程和管理變革進(jìn)行梳理，對西安市出租汽車行發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析，歸納和總結(jié)了西安市出租汽車行業(yè)存在的主要問題，并分析了產(chǎn)生問題的原因，在借鑒國內(nèi)外一些城市出租汽車行業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了改善西安市出租汽車行業(yè)管理問題的對策和措施。
[Abstract]:Taxi is an indispensable part of the urban transportation system, it can provide fast and flexible direct transportation services for travelers, effectively make up for the shortage of mass public transport, which is precisely because of this. It is also a city flowing landscape and city business card. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the size of the city in Xi'an, the number of urban population has increased. Xi'an taxi passenger transport industry has also been developed and expanded rapidly, which plays an important role in ensuring the travel of urban residents. But at the same time. Xi'an taxi industry has accumulated a lot of problems in the development, such as difficult passenger taxi, "black car" frequency, management departments are not in place to supervise taxi companies, drivers, passengers dissatisfaction. It intensifies the contradiction of taxi industry, hinders the normal and orderly development of taxi industry and social harmony and stability. Therefore, this paper makes a study on how to do a good job in the management of Xi'an taxi passenger transport industry. This paper first describes the basic concepts of taxi industry management and related theories, then the Xi'an taxi industry development process and management reform are combed. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of taxi industry in Xi'an, summarizes the main problems existing in taxi industry in Xi'an, and analyzes the reasons for the problems. Based on the management experience of taxi industry in some cities at home and abroad, the countermeasures and measures to improve the management of taxi industry in Xi'an are put forward.
