【摘要】：“城以港興,港以城榮”是港口與腹地城市發(fā)展歷程中遵循的一個普遍規(guī)律。港口依靠腹地區(qū)域生存、發(fā)展；反過來,港口的發(fā)展又促進腹地經(jīng)濟的繁榮興盛。隨著港口的代際發(fā)展,港口與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟之間的關(guān)系更加緊密,港口通過港口城市的中心帶動作用推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展；區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的繁榮、貿(mào)易的興盛也促進著港口的發(fā)展。因此,合理的評價港口對城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的貢獻程度,制定科學(xué)合理的港口發(fā)展規(guī)劃,對于促進港口對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出更多的貢獻,實現(xiàn)港口和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟之間的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展尤為重要。 本文首先從理論上揭示了港口、港口物流以及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的內(nèi)涵,港口與港口腹地經(jīng)濟之間的相互作用,港口對腹地區(qū)域的直接、間接和誘發(fā)經(jīng)濟貢獻等三方面內(nèi)容；闡述了遼寧港口群、遼寧省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及遼寧港口群和遼寧省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展關(guān)系的演變過程；利用2002年和2007年遼寧省有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)港口生產(chǎn)活動的實際情況,將港口主營業(yè)務(wù)歸納為水上運輸業(yè)、裝卸搬運和其他運輸服務(wù)業(yè)、鐵路運輸業(yè)、道路運輸業(yè)、倉儲業(yè)和建筑業(yè)等六項內(nèi)容,構(gòu)建出相應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù)矩陣,編制出包含港口業(yè)的投入產(chǎn)出表。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用乘數(shù)法得到相應(yīng)年度遼寧港口群對遼寧省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的直接、間接和誘發(fā)貢獻值。最后通過定性和定量相結(jié)合的方法對未來遼寧港口群對遼寧省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的貢獻率發(fā)展趨勢進行了展望。
[Abstract]:"the prosperity of the city by the port and the prosperity of the city by the port" is a general rule followed in the course of the development of the port and hinterland city. The port depends on the hinterland region to survive and develop; In turn, the development of the port promotes the prosperity of the hinterland economy. With the intergenerational development of the port, the relationship between the port and the regional economy is closer. The port promotes the regional economic development through the central role of the port city; The prosperity of regional economy and the prosperity of trade also promote the development of port. Therefore, the reasonable evaluation of the contribution of port to urban economic development, the formulation of a scientific and reasonable port development plan. It is very important to promote the port to make more contribution to the regional economic development and to realize the coordinated development between the port and the regional economy. Firstly, this paper reveals the connotation of port, port logistics and regional economy, the interaction between port and port hinterland economy, and the direct relationship between port and hinterland. Indirect and inductive economic contribution; This paper expounds Liaoning port group, Liaoning province economic development and the evolution process of Liaoning port group and Liaoning province economic development. According to the actual situation of port production activities in Liaoning Province on 2002 and 2007, the main business of the port is classified as water transport, loading and unloading and other transport services, and railway transportation. Based on the six contents of road transportation, storage industry and construction industry, the corresponding transformation coefficient matrix is constructed, and the input-output table including port industry is worked out. The multiplier method is used to obtain the direct effect of Liaoning port group on the economic development of Liaoning Province in the corresponding year. Finally, the future trend of the contribution rate of Liaoning port group to the economic development of Liaoning Province is prospected through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.
