【摘要】：在闡述我國鐵路企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,從國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)整體法律環(huán)境有待改善、鐵路企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理機(jī)構(gòu)及制度還未健全、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)力度有待加強(qiáng)、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)風(fēng)險分析預(yù)警機(jī)制沒有全面確立、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理梯隊(duì)建設(shè)有待完善?5?個方面,分析我國鐵路企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理工作中存在的問題,采用SWOT?分析法對鐵路企業(yè)專利管理策略,鐵路企業(yè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理策略,鐵路企業(yè)商標(biāo)管理策略,鐵路企業(yè)著作權(quán)、域名及技術(shù)秘密管理策略進(jìn)行探討,制定并實(shí)施鐵路知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理策略,促進(jìn)鐵路企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:On the basis of expounding the current situation of intellectual property management of railway enterprises in China, the overall legal environment of national intellectual property rights needs to be improved, and the management institutions and systems of intellectual property rights of railway enterprises are not yet perfect. The IPR protection needs to be strengthened, the IPR risk analysis and warning mechanism is not fully established, and the IPR management echelon construction needs to be improved. 5? This paper analyzes the problems existing in the intellectual property management of railway enterprises in China, and adopts SWOT? This paper discusses the patent management strategy of railway enterprise, technical standard management strategy of railway enterprise, trademark management strategy of railway enterprise, copyright of railway enterprise, domain name and technology secret management strategy. Formulate and implement railway intellectual property management strategy to promote the sustainable development of railway enterprises.
