【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化進程高速發(fā)展,港口在經(jīng)濟活動中的作用越來越明顯,珠海擁有珠江三角洲地區(qū)唯一的天然深水良港,具有優(yōu)越的地理優(yōu)勢,但過去幾十年的發(fā)展歷程中,珠海港口物流業(yè)未能發(fā)揮應有的作用。 因此,我們將通過研究珠海港口物流業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,綜合分析港口物流與珠海經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系,找出瓶頸問題,通過PEST分析以及競爭優(yōu)勢模型期望得出港口物流業(yè)的優(yōu)勢所在,提出符合科學發(fā)展理念的發(fā)展方向,為珠海打造現(xiàn)代化港口城市提供理論依據(jù)。 研究港口物流的目的主要是讓港口對腹地經(jīng)濟發(fā)揮促進帶動作用,因此港口物流發(fā)展與當?shù)亟?jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是研究港口物流的前提和原則。本文主要依據(jù)中外學者在港口物流與當?shù)亟?jīng)濟發(fā)展關(guān)系的理論,比如英國地理學家伯德提出的“港口通用模式理論,張繼良提出的港口物流系統(tǒng)競合研究等為基礎(chǔ),從政治環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、社會人文環(huán)境等方面研究珠海港口物流業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。然后,利用邁克爾波特、科特勒等營銷大師對競爭優(yōu)勢理論的系統(tǒng)研究,分析發(fā)掘珠海港口物流業(yè)所潛在的競爭優(yōu)勢,并結(jié)合模型構(gòu)建提出幾個能夠給珠海港口物流業(yè)借鑒作用的策略建議。 在珠海港口物流業(yè)定位上,應定位為大宗散貨集散中心、高端物流服務中心以及一站式供應鏈服務創(chuàng)新模式的綜合服務業(yè)。 在投入策略上,注重基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施配套建設(shè)、港口集疏運體系建設(shè)以及臨港工業(yè)、信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)。 在管理策略上,應延續(xù)長遠性規(guī)劃,促進行業(yè)標準和規(guī)范法則建設(shè),注重人才培養(yǎng)和信息化進程。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economic integration, the port role in economic activities is more and more obvious, Zhuhai has only the Pearl River Delta region of the natural deep-water harbor, with superior geographical advantages, but the development of the course of the past few decades, Zhuhai port logistics industry can not play its due role.
Therefore, we will study the present situation of Zhuhai port logistics industry, analyzing the relationship between port logistics and economic development in Zhuhai, to find out the bottleneck problem, through PEST analysis and competitive advantage model where the expectations that the port logistics industry advantage, put forward the development direction with the scientific development concept, to provide a theoretical basis for Zhuhai to build a modern port city.
Study on port logistics. The main purpose is to let the port hinterland economy to play a leading role in promoting the development of port logistics, and coordinated development of the local economy is the premise and the principle of the port logistics. This paper mainly focuses on the Chinese and foreign scholars in the logistics of local economic development and the relationship between port port general theory, model theory such as the British geographer Bird put forward ". Zhang Jiliang put forward the port logistics system co opetition research as the foundation, from the political environment, economic environment, the current situation of the development of social cultural environment and other aspects of Zhuhai port logistics industry. Then, by Michael Potter, systematic research on the theory of competitive advantage Kotler, master of marketing analysis of Zhuhai port logistics industry to explore the potential competitive advantage, and combined with the model proposed can give several suggestions from the Zhuhai port logistics industry effect.
In the positioning of Zhuhai port logistics industry, we should focus on the bulk cargo distribution center, the high-end logistics service center and the one-stop supply chain service innovation mode of the comprehensive service industry.
In the investment strategy, focusing on infrastructure construction, port transportation system, port industry, construction of information system.
In the management strategy, we should continue the long-term planning, promote the construction of industry standards and rules, and pay attention to the training of talents and the process of information.
