【摘要】:鐵路運輸在促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會進步過程中發(fā)揮著重要作用,而且在節(jié)約資源和環(huán)境保護以及低成本運輸?shù)确矫嬗兄渌\輸方式無可比擬的優(yōu)勢。經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展又使得貨運市場需求呈現(xiàn)出巨大的增長趨勢,我國鐵路貨物運輸同時面臨著巨大的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),鐵路網(wǎng)的布局規(guī)劃是進行鐵路建設的重要內(nèi)容和手段。赤峰位于蒙冀遼三省交界處,地處華北和東北兩大經(jīng)濟區(qū)之間,是首都經(jīng)濟圈和環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟區(qū)的腹地,也是內(nèi)蒙古距出?诎蹲罱牡貐^(qū),是該地區(qū)重要的陸路交通樞紐,具有重要的戰(zhàn)略地位。赤峰地區(qū)自然資源和礦產(chǎn)資源豐富,旅游資源也很密集。為了適應西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,實現(xiàn)赤峰地區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,赤峰地區(qū)將進一步優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構和發(fā)展特色產(chǎn)業(yè);同時,結(jié)合鐵路貨運量增長的現(xiàn)狀,為了滿足鐵路貨物運輸需求,需要對鐵路網(wǎng)進行布局規(guī)劃,形成功能齊全,設備完善的鐵路運輸網(wǎng)絡。 本文針對鐵路網(wǎng)規(guī)模及布局規(guī)劃的問題,首先對研究背景和研究意義做了詳細介紹,闡述了鐵路貨物運輸與現(xiàn)代物流方面的基本理論,分析了我國鐵路貨運發(fā)展的影響因素以及我國鐵路貨物運輸?shù)默F(xiàn)狀;其次,重點分析了赤峰地區(qū)交通網(wǎng)絡現(xiàn)狀,對赤峰地區(qū)發(fā)展鐵路貨物運輸條件進行了SWOT分析;再次,分析了赤峰地區(qū)的鐵路貨物運輸需求特征和需求結(jié)構,采用預測方法對鐵路貨物運輸量進行預測,,以便完善鐵路網(wǎng)絡;最后,提出鐵路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的目標和原則,介紹了鐵路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的方法,采用基于重要度的結(jié)點選擇方法對赤峰周邊地區(qū)促進鐵路運輸發(fā)展的重要城市進行確定,并給出了赤峰地區(qū)加快完善鐵路貨運通道發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:Railway transportation plays an important role in promoting economic development and social progress. And in the conservation of resources and environmental protection as well as low-cost transportation and other aspects of the unparalleled advantages of other modes of transport. The rapid development of the economy has made the demand of freight market show a huge growth trend. At the same time, railway freight transportation in China is facing great opportunities and challenges. The layout planning of railway network is an important content and means of railway construction. Chifeng is located at the junction of the three provinces of Mongolia, Hebei and Liaoning. Located between the two economic zones of North China and Northeast China, it is the hinterland of the capital economic circle and the economic zone around the Bohai Sea. It is also the closest area of Inner Mongolia to the port of sea, and it is an important land transportation hub in this area. Chifeng region is rich in natural resources and mineral resources, and tourism resources are also very dense. In order to adapt to the strategic planning of western development, Chifeng region social and economic rapid development. Chifeng area will further optimize the industrial structure and develop characteristic industries; At the same time, in order to meet the demand of railway freight transportation, it is necessary to plan the railway network layout and form a fully functional and well-equipped railway transportation network. Aiming at the problems of scale and layout planning of railway network, this paper firstly introduces the research background and significance in detail, and expounds the basic theory of railway freight transportation and modern logistics. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the development of railway freight transportation in China and the present situation of railway freight transport in China. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of Chifeng area traffic network, and carries on SWOT analysis to the development of railway freight transportation condition in Chifeng area. Thirdly, the demand characteristics and structure of railway freight transportation in Chifeng area are analyzed, and the forecast method is used to forecast the railway freight transport volume in order to perfect the railway network. Finally, the paper puts forward the objectives and principles of railway network planning, introduces the method of railway network planning, and uses the node selection method based on importance degree to determine the important cities around Chifeng to promote the development of railway transportation. Some suggestions on how to speed up the development of railway freight passage in Chifeng area are also given.
