【摘要】:為滿足我國(guó)日益增長(zhǎng)的貨物運(yùn)輸需求,同時(shí)也為了應(yīng)對(duì)交通運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)不斷加劇的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),2006年鐵道部提出建設(shè)新時(shí)期現(xiàn)代化的貨運(yùn)裝車作業(yè)場(chǎng)所,即建設(shè)鐵路大型裝車點(diǎn)。鐵路大型裝車點(diǎn)的建設(shè)和規(guī)劃,是鐵路貨運(yùn)集中化的基礎(chǔ)和核心,同時(shí)也是提高運(yùn)輸效率、提高貨運(yùn)生產(chǎn)管理水平、優(yōu)化運(yùn)力資源的重要途徑。通過(guò)運(yùn)用高智能裝載設(shè)備和集約規(guī);淖鳂I(yè)方式,鐵路大型裝車點(diǎn)在組織貨物運(yùn)輸上具有很大優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)推進(jìn)鐵路貨運(yùn)高效快速發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文首先給出本課題的研究意義、主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及研究方法,并對(duì)與課題相關(guān)的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)鐵路貨運(yùn)集中化、鐵路大型裝車點(diǎn)選址問(wèn)題進(jìn)行相關(guān)界定,并詳細(xì)闡述了與本課題相關(guān)的多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃理論以及一般選址模型常用方法,為后續(xù)研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,分析鐵路大型裝車點(diǎn)選址的基本特征、內(nèi)涵和模式結(jié)構(gòu),提出構(gòu)建鐵路大型裝車點(diǎn)選址模型必須遵循的重要基本原則。同時(shí),對(duì)鐵路大型裝車點(diǎn)的選址影響因素進(jìn)行綜合分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,,采用多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃法構(gòu)建了鐵路大型裝車點(diǎn)選址模型。然后,通過(guò)算例分析以及運(yùn)用Lingo優(yōu)化軟件對(duì)該選址模型進(jìn)行求解,對(duì)該模型的可行性和有效性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。最后,對(duì)本課題的研究進(jìn)行總結(jié),意識(shí)到研究中的不足之處及有待進(jìn)一步繼續(xù)研究的問(wèn)題。 研究結(jié)果表明:該選址模型能夠從眾多的鐵路備選大型裝車點(diǎn)中選擇出最優(yōu)的鐵路大型裝車點(diǎn)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃建設(shè),并使得鐵路大型裝車點(diǎn)的改擴(kuò)建費(fèi)用、固定費(fèi)用、可變費(fèi)用之和達(dá)到總體最小,同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用最小化。因此,選用此模型進(jìn)行鐵路大型裝車點(diǎn)選址規(guī)劃,不僅能夠有效降低鐵路企業(yè)建設(shè)大型裝車點(diǎn)的總成本,而且可以有效提高鐵路大型裝車點(diǎn)布局規(guī)劃的科學(xué)合理性,增加鐵路貨運(yùn)的客戶滿意度,進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)鐵路貨運(yùn)事業(yè)的高效快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the increasing demand of freight transportation in China, and to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in the transportation market, in 2006, the Ministry of Railways proposed the construction of a modern freight loading operation site in the new period. That is to say, the construction and planning of railway large loading points is the foundation and core of railway freight centralization, at the same time, it is also to improve the efficiency of transportation and improve the level of freight production management. Through the use of high intelligent loading equipment and intensive operation mode, large railway loading points have great advantages in organizing cargo transportation. It is of great practical significance to promote the efficient and rapid development of railway freight transport. Firstly, this paper gives the research significance, the main research content and research methods, and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature related to the topic, on the basis of this, the railway freight concentration. This paper defines the location problem of large railway loading points and elaborates the theory of multi-objective programming and the common methods of general location model related to this topic. It provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up study. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics, connotation and mode structure of the location selection of railway large loading points, and puts forward the important basic principles that must be followed in constructing the location model of railway large loading points. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the location selection of railway large loading points, the location model of railway large loading points is constructed by using the multi-objective programming method. The feasibility and validity of the model are verified by example analysis and Lingo optimization software. Finally, the research on this topic is summarized. Aware of the shortcomings of the study and the problems that need to be further studied. The research results show that the model can select the optimal large railway loading points from many railway alternative large loading points and make the reconstruction and expansion costs of railway large loading points. The sum of fixed cost and variable cost reaches the total minimum, and the customer transportation cost is minimized. Therefore, this model is chosen to plan the location of railway large loading point. It not only can effectively reduce the total cost of railway enterprises to build large loading points, but also can effectively improve the scientific rationality of the layout planning of railway large loading points and increase the customer satisfaction of railway freight. We will further promote the rapid and efficient development of railway freight transport.
