【摘要】：中國(guó)是當(dāng)今世界上焦炭的第一生產(chǎn)大國(guó)、第一消費(fèi)大國(guó)和第一出口大國(guó),目前中國(guó)的焦炭產(chǎn)量占全球產(chǎn)量一半以上,出口量占全球貿(mào)易量近六成。天津港,作為中國(guó)北方第一位、世界第五位的世界級(jí)大港,是中國(guó)焦炭出口的最大港口,擁有世界上規(guī)模最大的現(xiàn)代化焦炭專(zhuān)業(yè)碼頭,經(jīng)過(guò)二十多年的經(jīng)營(yíng),企業(yè)規(guī)模和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有了突破性的發(fā)展。 從2008年世界次貸危機(jī)開(kāi)始,國(guó)內(nèi)外焦炭市場(chǎng)的需求持續(xù)低迷,焦炭出口量幾乎跌到了谷底,而環(huán)渤海各港口紛紛加大產(chǎn)能建設(shè),競(jìng)相提升港口功能與等級(jí),與天津港形成了強(qiáng)有力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)。2013年,國(guó)家取消了焦炭出口關(guān)稅和配額的限制,焦炭的外貿(mào)出口出現(xiàn)了一定增長(zhǎng)；但在內(nèi)貿(mào)方面,由于國(guó)內(nèi)鋼市運(yùn)行疲軟,焦炭社會(huì)庫(kù)存量高,成交量一直低迷,港口吞吐量無(wú)明顯好轉(zhuǎn)。本課題針對(duì)港口行業(yè)特點(diǎn),對(duì)天津港內(nèi)貿(mào)出口焦炭業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,對(duì)其優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與威脅進(jìn)行明確,對(duì)焦炭客戶(hù)進(jìn)行了層次分析,通過(guò)建立優(yōu)惠政策、拓展客戶(hù)服務(wù)、加強(qiáng)相關(guān)合作、開(kāi)發(fā)市場(chǎng)領(lǐng)域等相關(guān)對(duì)策措施,積極主動(dòng)地開(kāi)發(fā)客戶(hù)、維系客戶(hù),實(shí)現(xiàn)港口和客戶(hù)利益的最大化。研究結(jié)論對(duì)天津港焦炭及其他相應(yīng)貨類(lèi)的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:China is the world's largest producer of coke, the first largest consumer and the first export country. At present, China's coke production accounts for more than half of the global output, and the export volume accounts for nearly 60% of the global trade volume. Tianjin Port. As the first world-class port in the north of china and 5th in the world, it is the largest port for coke export in china. It has the largest modern professional coke wharf in the world and has been operated for more than 20 years. The scale of the enterprise and economic benefits have made a breakthrough development. Since 2008, the world sub-prime crisis began, the domestic and foreign coke market demand continued to be depressed, coke exports almost fell to the bottom, and the Bohai Bay ports have increased production capacity construction. In 2013, the country abolished the restrictions of coke export tariffs and quotas, and the export of coke increased to a certain extent. However, in domestic trade, due to the weak operation of domestic steel market, high coke stock, low turnover, no obvious improvement of port throughput. This topic is aimed at the characteristics of port industry. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the development environment of coke business in Tianjin Port's domestic trade export, clarifies its advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and makes a hierarchical analysis of coke customers, and establishes preferential policies. Expand customer service, strengthen related cooperation, develop market and other relevant countermeasures, actively develop customers, maintain customers. The conclusion of the study has a certain guiding significance for the market development of coke and other corresponding goods in Tianjin Port.
