摘要：

在經(jīng)濟(jì)管理專業(yè)教學(xué)中采用ERP沙盤模擬教學(xué)是強化實踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),培養(yǎng)實踐應(yīng)用型和復(fù)合型經(jīng)營管理人才的有效方式.ERP沙盤模擬課程的導(dǎo)入,使經(jīng)濟(jì)管理專業(yè)教師和學(xué)生角色發(fā)生改變,教師改變了傳統(tǒng)的"滿堂灌"教學(xué)模式,學(xué)生通過經(jīng)營管理一個虛擬企業(yè),綜合運用所學(xué)知識解決實際問題,教學(xué)相長.ERP沙盤模式模擬教學(xué)方式的運用有益于高校經(jīng)濟(jì)管理專業(yè)教學(xué)改革和提高人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量.

Abstract： 

How to arouse the students to learn economin and mancgement professional enthusiasm, training to adapt to market needs and possessing a solod theoretical foundation for the college students had been thought. The course of ERP sand table simulation leads to changing the roles of teachers and students, teachers have changed the traditional "chalk and talk" teaching model, students have integrated use if the knowledge to solve practical problems by ruling of a virtual enterprise, teaching benefits teachers as well as students, which has done a useful teaching reform attempt, with good results.
