【摘要】：在大衛(wèi)·哈維的分析中,資本次級循環(huán)是產業(yè)資本過度積累的結果,正是資本的次級循環(huán)推動著城市空間的生產和再生產,而房地產業(yè)已成為資本逐利的全新領域。在晚期資本主義時期,房地產業(yè)投機與消費品資本化、虛擬化金融資本和人們的資本拜物教觀念都內在地勾連起來。城市特別是大城市中的房地產業(yè)投機造成的高房價使城市居住正義難以實現,這已經成為當前中國新型城鎮(zhèn)化進程中需要解決的重大發(fā)展問題。
[Abstract]:In David Harvey's analysis, the secondary circulation of capital is the result of excessive accumulation of industrial capital. It is the secondary circulation of capital that promotes the production and reproduction of urban space. In the late capitalist period, speculation in the real estate industry and capitalization of consumer goods, virtualization of financial capital and people's concept of capital fetishism are intrinsically linked. The high housing price caused by speculation in real estate in cities, especially in big cities, makes it difficult to realize the justice of urban housing, which has become a major development problem in the process of new urbanization in China.
