【摘要】：落實"兩個責任"是新形勢下反腐工作的重大舉措和理論指導(dǎo),以之為綱來改進高校的職務(wù)犯罪防范工作意義深遠。高校職務(wù)犯罪問題具有一些自有的典型特征,需要重點從當前的管理體制機制等客觀因素著手,梳理"兩個責任"在其中的困境,以求追根溯源、有的放矢�；诖�,高校應(yīng)從加強教育引導(dǎo)、制度建設(shè)、監(jiān)督體系、司法協(xié)作等方面,充分發(fā)揮領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部和教職員工的責任擔當,打防結(jié)合,以防為主,將職務(wù)犯罪防范工作推向深入。
[Abstract]:The implementation of "two responsibilities" is an important measure and theoretical guidance of anti-corruption work under the new situation, which is of far-reaching significance to improve the prevention of duty crimes in colleges and universities. The problem of job-related crime in colleges and universities has some typical characteristics, so it is necessary to focus on the current management system mechanism and other objective factors to sort out the predicament of "two responsibilities" in order to trace back to the source and target. Based on this, colleges and universities should give full play to the responsibility of leading cadres and teaching staff from the aspects of strengthening educational guidance, system construction, supervision system, judicial cooperation and so on, combine prevention with prevention, and push the prevention of duty crimes deeper into depth.
