【摘要】：建立完善的合作利益分配機制是確保校企合作教育事業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。通過深入探討校企合作利益的分配機制,以期加深對校企合作運行機制的理解,進而提出進一步推進航空企業(yè)校企合作的對策建議。在校企雙方關(guān)于合作利益分配機制的協(xié)商談判過程中,合作的可持續(xù)性、談判雙方的耐心以及合作利益分配方案先行提出權(quán)的掌握,是決定合作利益分成比例的三個關(guān)鍵因素。
[Abstract]:Establishing a perfect distribution mechanism of cooperative interests is the key to ensure the sustainable development of cooperative education between schools and enterprises. This paper probes into the distribution mechanism of the cooperative interests between the school and the enterprise, in order to deepen the understanding of the operation mechanism of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for further promoting the cooperation between the school and the enterprise of the aviation enterprise. In the negotiation process of the cooperative benefit distribution mechanism between the school and the enterprise, the sustainability of the cooperation, the patience of the negotiating parties and the mastery of the right to put forward the cooperative benefit distribution plan first are the three key factors to determine the proportion of the cooperative interest.
