【摘要】：溫州職業(yè)教育在全面處于領(lǐng)先水平,作為全國民辦教育綜合改革試點城市,溫州市在推進(jìn)職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)主體多元化、辦學(xué)機(jī)制市場化,探索"校企一體化"辦學(xué)機(jī)制上,都積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗,取得了顯著的成績。特別是財政部門主動作為,進(jìn)行體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新,加大財政獎補(bǔ)力度,建立政府購買服務(wù)機(jī)制,設(shè)立校企合作發(fā)展專項資金,落實各項稅費(fèi)優(yōu)惠政策,落實收費(fèi)自主權(quán)等,極大促進(jìn)了溫州民辦職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展。但總的來看,溫州職業(yè)教育仍是教育領(lǐng)域的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),其總體發(fā)展水平與當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展水平還存在差距,本文有針對性地提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:Wenzhou vocational education is in the leading level in an all-round way. As a pilot city for the comprehensive reform of private education in China, Wenzhou has accumulated rich experience and made remarkable achievements in promoting the diversification of the main body of vocational education, the marketization of the school-running mechanism and the exploration of the "school-enterprise integration" school-running mechanism. In particular, the financial departments have taken the initiative to innovate the system and mechanism, strengthen the financial reward and compensation, establish the government purchase service mechanism, set up the special funds for the cooperative development of schools and enterprises, implement various preferential policies for taxes and fees, and implement the autonomy of fees and charges, which has greatly promoted the development of private vocational education in Wenzhou. However, generally speaking, Wenzhou vocational education is still a weak link in the field of education, and there is still a gap between its overall development level and the local economic and social development level. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions.
