山東省中等職業(yè)學(xué)校英語(yǔ)教師職業(yè)現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:隨著改革的不斷深化,我國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等方面取得了令人矚目的成就。為了適應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展,我國(guó)政府堅(jiān)持科學(xué)的發(fā)展觀,積極構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的同時(shí),加大了對(duì)中等職業(yè)教育的重視!秶(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》中就明確指出,逐步實(shí)行中等職業(yè)教育免費(fèi)制度。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,國(guó)際間交往的頻繁化,英語(yǔ)的重要性地位越來(lái)越顯著。中等職業(yè)學(xué)校英語(yǔ)教師職業(yè)發(fā)展研究是適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的需要,是中國(guó)教育改革發(fā)展的必然需要,也是完善中職英語(yǔ)教師隊(duì)伍自身建設(shè)的重要條件。英語(yǔ)教師作為英語(yǔ)知識(shí)的傳播者,在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中有著舉足輕重的作用。重視中等職業(yè)學(xué)校英語(yǔ)教師的職業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,制定相關(guān)政策不斷提高中職英語(yǔ)教師的綜合素質(zhì),有利于中職英語(yǔ)教師隊(duì)伍優(yōu)化建設(shè),有利于促進(jìn)我國(guó)教育改革順利有效的開(kāi)展,為中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)培養(yǎng)出更多的國(guó)際化的實(shí)用型人才,加強(qiáng)科學(xué)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的交流與合作。 本文以中等職業(yè)學(xué)校英語(yǔ)教師發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點(diǎn),選取山東省四個(gè)發(fā)展層次不同,具有代表性的市(濟(jì)南、臨沂、聊城、棗莊),在每個(gè)市中,抽取兩個(gè)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校,采取問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、訪談、文獻(xiàn)資料等方法,以構(gòu)建主義、終身教育等理論為支撐,對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校英語(yǔ)教師基本狀況、職業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和職業(yè)發(fā)展等方面進(jìn)行分析研究,全面真實(shí)的掌握現(xiàn)階段中等職業(yè)英語(yǔ)教師的真實(shí)情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前中等職業(yè)學(xué)校英語(yǔ)教師隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,同時(shí),中職英語(yǔ)教師的學(xué)歷層次還有待提高;其職業(yè)發(fā)展意識(shí)、反思能力及知識(shí)和能力水平也都需要進(jìn)一步提高。通過(guò)從個(gè)人、學(xué)校和社會(huì)三個(gè)角度認(rèn)真分析問(wèn)題的原因所在,提出相應(yīng)的建議,認(rèn)為中職英語(yǔ)教師需要全面的提高個(gè)人的綜合素質(zhì),中職學(xué)校也應(yīng)該做好學(xué)校軟硬件的建設(shè)工作,在社會(huì)各界力量積極參與中職英語(yǔ)教師的建設(shè),從而優(yōu)化中等職業(yè)學(xué)校英語(yǔ)教師隊(duì)伍,促進(jìn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的發(fā)展,使其培養(yǎng)出更多適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要的國(guó)際化人才,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的發(fā)展,有利于增強(qiáng)我國(guó)的綜合國(guó)力和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform, China has made remarkable achievements in politics, economy, culture and so on. In order to adapt to the development of the times, our government adheres to the scientific concept of development and actively constructs the modern vocational education system, while paying more attention to the secondary vocational education. In the outline of the National medium-and long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020), it is clearly pointed out that the free system of secondary vocational education should be gradually implemented. With the development of economic globalization and the frequent international exchanges, the importance of English is becoming more and more significant. The study on the career development of English teachers in secondary vocational schools is not only to meet the needs of the development of the times, but also an inevitable need for the reform and development of education in China, and also an important condition for perfecting the self-construction of English teachers in secondary vocational schools. As the communicator of English knowledge, English teachers play an important role in English teaching. Paying attention to the present situation of English teachers' career development in secondary vocational schools and formulating relevant policies to continuously improve the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational English teachers are conducive to the optimization of secondary vocational English teachers, to the smooth and effective development of educational reform in China, to the cultivation of more international practical talents for the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to the strengthening of exchanges and cooperation in the field of science and technology. Based on the present situation of English teachers' development in secondary vocational schools, this paper selects four representative cities in Shandong Province (Jinan, Linyi, Liaocheng, Zaozhuang). In each city, two secondary vocational schools are selected, questionnaire, interview, literature and other methods are adopted, and the basic situation of English teachers in secondary vocational schools is supported by constructivism and lifelong education. This paper analyzes and studies the present situation and career development of secondary vocational English teachers, comprehensively and truly grasps the real situation of secondary vocational English teachers at the present stage, and finds that the current structure of English teachers in secondary vocational schools is unreasonable. At the same time, the academic level of secondary vocational English teachers still needs to be improved. Its career development consciousness, reflective ability and knowledge and ability level also need to be further improved. By carefully analyzing the causes of the problems from the perspectives of individuals, schools and society, this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions, and holds that English teachers in secondary vocational schools need to improve their comprehensive quality in an all-round way, and secondary vocational schools should also do a good job in the construction of school hardware and software, and actively participate in the construction of secondary vocational English teachers in all walks of life, so as to optimize the contingent of English teachers in secondary vocational schools and promote the development of secondary vocational schools. To train more international talents to meet the needs of social development and further promote the development of socialist modernization is conducive to strengthening China's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.
