優(yōu)質(zhì)校建設(shè)視閾下高職教師禮儀素養(yǎng)的價(jià)值內(nèi)涵與教育對(duì)策

【摘要】:教師禮儀作為教師內(nèi)在道德要求和外在表現(xiàn)形式的統(tǒng)一體,是提升教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、塑造良好師表形象的重要途徑,是加強(qiáng)優(yōu)質(zhì)校建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容,也是優(yōu)質(zhì)校教師必備的基本素質(zhì)之一。從教師禮儀素養(yǎng)的文化內(nèi)涵與教育價(jià)值入手,分析了現(xiàn)代教師禮儀素養(yǎng)的認(rèn)知偏失與教育缺位,提出了提升教師禮儀素養(yǎng)的教育途徑和方法。
[Abstract]:As the unity of teachers' internal moral requirements and external forms of expression, teacher etiquette is an important way to improve teachers' professional literacy and shape a good image of teachers. It is also an important part of strengthening the construction of high-quality schools, and it is also one of the necessary basic qualities of high-quality school teachers. Starting with the cultural connotation and educational value of teachers' etiquette literacy, this paper analyzes on the cognitive bias and educational absence of modern teachers' etiquette literacy, and puts forward some educational ways and methods for improving teachers' etiquette literacy.
