【摘要】：本文通過對(duì)中德職業(yè)教育的對(duì)比研究,提出中國(guó)要建立適合本國(guó)國(guó)情的職業(yè)教育體系,應(yīng)修訂職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展方向,建立政府、企業(yè)、學(xué)校之間規(guī)范的職業(yè)教育合作機(jī)制,開發(fā)新的人才培養(yǎng)方案和教學(xué)手段,打造合格、高效的高職"雙師型"教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)。
[Abstract]:Based on the comparative study of vocational education between China and Germany, this paper puts forward that in order to establish a vocational education system suitable for the national conditions of our country, China should revise the development direction of vocational education and establish a standardized cooperation mechanism of vocational education among the government, enterprises and schools. Develop new talent training programs and teaching methods to create a qualified and efficient "double-qualified" teaching team in higher vocational education.
