我國中等職業(yè)學校學生社團的現狀與建設研究

【摘要】:中職學生社團是指經學校批準注冊,以全面培養(yǎng)學生綜合素質、豐富學生課余生活、促進優(yōu)良校風學風為目的,由學生自發(fā)組織并自主活動的學生群眾組織,是校園文化的重要載體。中職學生社團的成員都是由中職學生組成,具有非常明顯的職業(yè)性和實踐性。中職學生社團活動的多樣性以及知識的豐富性,能引導中職學生樹立正確的奮斗目標,促進中職學生個體的和諧發(fā)展,從而帶動中職學校整體校園文化的健康發(fā)展,對中職學生精神家園的構建有重要意義。中職學生在積極參與社團活動的過程中領悟自己、發(fā)現知識、完善品格,對自身綜合素質的提高和知識結構的完善起著重要的作用。相對中職教育立足于專業(yè)的模塊式教學特點,中職學生社團作為從業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐的載體,是中職學校課堂教育的重要補充。 本文通過設計問卷對長沙市三所中職學校共1000名學生進行了調查,針對被調查者“基本情況”、“對社團的態(tài)度”和“參加學生社團的情況”三個方面設計題目,調查結果反映出中職學校對學生社團活動重要作用的認識不夠,中職學生社團的管理和指導者對學生工作缺乏熱情、不精通學生社團業(yè)務、缺乏管理學生社團的經驗,,中職學生社團之間的水平、規(guī)模參差不齊等原因,導致中職學生社團存在機會分配不均、缺乏學習性、管理混亂、創(chuàng)新力與發(fā)展力不足的問題。改善中職學生社團現狀,中職學校應該加強對學生社團的管理和指導,為中職學生社團建設提供資金和政策支持;加強師資力量,提高專業(yè)指導老師的素質;拓展職業(yè)技術教育渠道,培養(yǎng)中職學生的職業(yè)特長,注重校園文化氛圍的建設。中職學生社團管理者應加強學生社團內部管理,健全各項規(guī)章管理制度;建立良好的公選機制。中職學生社團活動應明確學生社團的目標群,定位穩(wěn)定;注重學習性、實踐性、競技性,迎合中職學生提高自身能力的需求。對于外部協調來說,要有效利用中職學生社團資源,充分發(fā)揮外部管理體系的監(jiān)督職能,讓學生社團的發(fā)展向著提高學生社團質量這一方向積極發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The secondary vocational school student association refers to the student mass organization organized by the students spontaneously and independently in order to cultivate the students' comprehensive quality, enrich the students' after-school life and promote the excellent school spirit and style of study with the approval and registration of the school. It is an important carrier of campus culture. The members of the secondary vocational school student association are all composed of secondary vocational students, which are very professional and practical. The diversity of community activities and the richness of knowledge of secondary vocational school students can guide secondary vocational students to set up correct goals, promote the harmonious development of individual secondary vocational school students, and thus promote the healthy development of the overall campus culture of secondary vocational schools. It is of great significance to the construction of spiritual home for secondary vocational school students. In the process of actively participating in community activities, secondary vocational school students understand themselves, discover knowledge, perfect character, and play an important role in the improvement of their comprehensive quality and the improvement of knowledge structure. Compared with the modular teaching characteristics of secondary vocational education, secondary vocational school student associations, as the carrier of practice and entrepreneurial practice, are an important supplement to classroom education in secondary vocational schools. In this paper, a total of 1000 students from three secondary vocational schools in Changsha were investigated by a questionnaire. The subjects were designed from three aspects: "basic situation", "attitude towards the association" and "participation in the student association". The results of the survey show that the secondary vocational schools do not have enough understanding of the important role of student association activities, the management and guidance of secondary vocational school student associations lack of enthusiasm for students' work, are not proficient in student association business, and lack of experience in managing student associations. The level and scale of secondary vocational student associations are uneven, which leads to the problems of uneven distribution of opportunities, lack of learning, chaotic management, insufficient innovation and development. To improve the present situation of secondary vocational student associations, secondary vocational schools should strengthen the management and guidance of student associations, provide financial and policy support for the construction of secondary vocational student associations, strengthen the strength of teachers and improve the quality of professional guidance teachers. Expand vocational and technical education channels, cultivate vocational expertise of secondary vocational school students, pay attention to the construction of campus cultural atmosphere. The managers of secondary vocational student associations should strengthen the internal management of student associations, improve the management system of rules and regulations, and establish a good public election mechanism. The activities of secondary vocational school students' associations should be clear and stable, and pay attention to learning, practicality and competition, so as to meet the needs of secondary vocational students to improve their abilities. For external coordination, it is necessary to make effective use of the resources of secondary vocational student associations, give full play to the supervision function of the external management system, and make the development of student associations develop actively in the direction of improving the quality of student associations.
