紫金縣中等職業(yè)學(xué)!半p師型”教師培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:教師培養(yǎng)是學(xué)校人力資源開發(fā)與管理的重要內(nèi)容,也是學(xué)校提升教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的有效途徑!半p師型”教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是職業(yè)學(xué)校專業(yè)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的方向,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的職業(yè)學(xué)!半p師型”教師隊(duì)伍是提高技能型人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、完善現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的關(guān)鍵性因素。 本文是對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)!半p師型”教師培養(yǎng)的專業(yè)研究。本研究以紫金縣中等職業(yè)學(xué)校專業(yè)教師為研究藍(lán)本,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查顯示當(dāng)前紫金縣中等職業(yè)學(xué)校“雙師型”教師培養(yǎng)的困境,探討中等職業(yè)學(xué)校“雙師型”教師培養(yǎng)對(duì)策,提出促進(jìn)紫金縣中等職業(yè)學(xué)校“雙師型”教師培養(yǎng)的建議。本論文共五章,第一章為緒論,闡述問(wèn)題的提出、研究的目的與意義、研究的重難點(diǎn)、創(chuàng)新之處、預(yù)期研究成果、主要研究方法與關(guān)鍵概念的界定;第二章為文獻(xiàn)綜述,介紹有關(guān)“雙師型”教師涵義方面的研究和“雙師型”教師培養(yǎng)與建設(shè)方面的研究;第三章為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校和“雙師型”教師,闡述中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的涵義、特點(diǎn)、并在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述“雙師型”教師的涵義、特點(diǎn)和素質(zhì)構(gòu)成;第四章為困境調(diào)查,調(diào)查紫金縣中等職業(yè)學(xué)!半p師型”教師培養(yǎng)面臨的困難;第五章為對(duì)策研究,基于第四章所顯示的紫金縣中等職業(yè)學(xué)校“雙師型”教師培養(yǎng)面臨的困難,探討解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策。 “雙師型”教師應(yīng)該成為我國(guó)職業(yè)學(xué)校專業(yè)教師發(fā)展的方向和目標(biāo),有關(guān)職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域“雙師型”教師培養(yǎng)方面的研究,目前還處于進(jìn)行狀態(tài),,取得的成果不少,但是有關(guān)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)特別是邊遠(yuǎn)山區(qū)職業(yè)學(xué)校“雙師型”教師培養(yǎng)方面的研究還較少,本文愿為欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)職教師資培養(yǎng)研究拋磚引玉。
[Abstract]:Teacher training is an important part of the development and management of human resources in schools, and it is also an effective way for schools to improve the quality of education and teaching. The construction of "double-qualified" teachers is the direction of the construction of professional teachers in vocational schools, and the cultivation of "double-qualified" teachers in high-quality vocational schools is the key factor to improve the quality of skilled personnel training and improve the modern vocational education system. This paper is a professional research on the training of double teachers in secondary vocational schools. This study is based on the professional teachers of secondary vocational schools in Zijin County. The questionnaire survey shows the dilemma of the cultivation of "double teachers" in secondary vocational schools in Zijin County, and probes into the countermeasures for the training of "double teachers" in secondary vocational schools. Some suggestions are put forward to promote the training of "double teachers" in Zijin secondary vocational schools. This paper consists of five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, which expounds the problem, the purpose and significance of the study, the difficulties and difficulties of the study, the innovation, the expected research results, the main research methods and the definition of key concepts. The second chapter is a literature review, which introduces the research on the meaning of "double-qualified" teachers and the research on the training and construction of "double-qualified" teachers. The third chapter is the secondary vocational school and the "double teacher" teacher, expounds the meaning and the characteristic of the secondary vocational school, and on this basis expounds the meaning, the characteristic and the quality composition of the "double teacher" teacher. The fourth chapter is the investigation of the predicament, and investigates the difficulties faced by the training of "double teachers" in Zijin secondary vocational schools. The fifth chapter is the countermeasures research, based on the difficulties faced by the "double-qualified" teachers in Zijin Secondary Vocational School, which is shown in the fourth chapter, this paper discusses the countermeasures to solve the problems. "double-qualified" teachers should become the direction and goal of the development of professional teachers in vocational schools in our country. The research on the training of "double-qualified" teachers in the field of vocational education is still in a state of progress, and a lot of achievements have been made. However, there are few studies on the training of "double teachers" in vocational schools in underdeveloped areas, especially in remote mountainous areas. This paper is willing to draw attention to the research on the training of vocational education teachers in underdeveloped areas.
