紫金縣中等職業(yè)學(xué)!半p師型”教師培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究
[Abstract]:Teacher training is an important part of the development and management of human resources in schools, and it is also an effective way for schools to improve the quality of education and teaching. The construction of "double-qualified" teachers is the direction of the construction of professional teachers in vocational schools, and the cultivation of "double-qualified" teachers in high-quality vocational schools is the key factor to improve the quality of skilled personnel training and improve the modern vocational education system. This paper is a professional research on the training of double teachers in secondary vocational schools. This study is based on the professional teachers of secondary vocational schools in Zijin County. The questionnaire survey shows the dilemma of the cultivation of "double teachers" in secondary vocational schools in Zijin County, and probes into the countermeasures for the training of "double teachers" in secondary vocational schools. Some suggestions are put forward to promote the training of "double teachers" in Zijin secondary vocational schools. This paper consists of five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, which expounds the problem, the purpose and significance of the study, the difficulties and difficulties of the study, the innovation, the expected research results, the main research methods and the definition of key concepts. The second chapter is a literature review, which introduces the research on the meaning of "double-qualified" teachers and the research on the training and construction of "double-qualified" teachers. The third chapter is the secondary vocational school and the "double teacher" teacher, expounds the meaning and the characteristic of the secondary vocational school, and on this basis expounds the meaning, the characteristic and the quality composition of the "double teacher" teacher. The fourth chapter is the investigation of the predicament, and investigates the difficulties faced by the training of "double teachers" in Zijin secondary vocational schools. The fifth chapter is the countermeasures research, based on the difficulties faced by the "double-qualified" teachers in Zijin Secondary Vocational School, which is shown in the fourth chapter, this paper discusses the countermeasures to solve the problems. "double-qualified" teachers should become the direction and goal of the development of professional teachers in vocational schools in our country. The research on the training of "double-qualified" teachers in the field of vocational education is still in a state of progress, and a lot of achievements have been made. However, there are few studies on the training of "double teachers" in vocational schools in underdeveloped areas, especially in remote mountainous areas. This paper is willing to draw attention to the research on the training of vocational education teachers in underdeveloped areas.
