中職“后示范”深層問題及持續(xù)發(fā)展動(dòng)力研究

【摘要】:本文分析了中職學(xué)校"后示范"時(shí)期面臨的內(nèi)外環(huán)境變化帶來的深層次問題,從學(xué)校組織生命周期和發(fā)展動(dòng)力理論出發(fā),提出要突破挑戰(zhàn),需要政府不斷完善行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入、高考立交橋等政策,優(yōu)化中職學(xué)校辦學(xué)環(huán)境,同時(shí)應(yīng)繼承示范期的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),改進(jìn)校企深度合作機(jī)制,從激發(fā)學(xué)校內(nèi)部動(dòng)力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生成才、服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)方面充分發(fā)揮潛力,煥發(fā)出"后示范"期中職教育的生命活力。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the deep-seated problems caused by the changes of internal and external environment in the period of "post-demonstration" in secondary vocational schools, and from the theory of school organizational life cycle and development motive force, puts forward that in order to break through the challenges, the government needs to constantly improve the industry access. The policies such as the college entrance examination overpass should optimize the environment for running secondary vocational schools, at the same time, we should inherit the successful experience of the demonstration period, improve the mechanism of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, and give full play to their potential in stimulating the internal motivation of the school, cultivating students and serving the local economy. Radiate the vitality of secondary vocational education in the period of "post-demonstration".
