【摘要】：近年來,隨著高等教育的飛速發(fā)展,大學輔導員隊伍建設問題得到了廣泛的重視。大學輔導員是高校學生工作的管理者,是日常思想政治教育的執(zhí)行者,是大學生健康成長的領航人,對于學生的成長和學校的發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的作用。在當前高校學生管理工作的新形勢下,輔導員既要面對繁雜的日常工作,還要承受思想政治教育的巨大壓力,還要面對高校擴招學生劇增、超負荷工作、學生升學就業(yè)以及家庭婚姻等壓力因素,高校輔導員的職業(yè)壓力正日益增大。因此,全面掌握高校輔導員的職業(yè)壓力情況對于提高輔導員身心健康、提高輔導員的工作積極性和工作實效性具有重要意義。本文采用理論、實際相結(jié)合的方法,根據(jù)前人的研究成果和本人的輔導員工作實踐,對大連地區(qū)高職院校輔導員的職業(yè)壓力進行調(diào)查研究。在大連地區(qū)選取7所不同類型的高職院校,共計70名專職、兼職輔導員,根據(jù)他們的職業(yè)壓力調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù),分析當前大連地區(qū)高職院校輔導員職業(yè)壓力的形成原因,并從輔導員自身、學校和社會的角度對大連地區(qū)高職院校輔導員的壓力源進行統(tǒng)計分析,最后結(jié)合統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)對如何緩解大連地區(qū)高職院校輔導員職業(yè)壓力的策略進行探討。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education, the construction of college counselors has received extensive attention. College counselors are the administrators of college students' work, the executors of daily ideological and political education, and the pilots for the healthy growth of college students, which play an important role in the growth of students and the development of schools. Under the new situation of student management in colleges and universities, the counselors not only face the complicated daily work, but also bear the enormous pressure of ideological and political education, and also face the surge of enrollment of students in colleges and universities, and overload work. The career pressure of college counselors is increasing day by day because of the pressure factors such as employment and family marriage. Therefore, it is of great significance to master the occupational stress of college counselors in order to improve their physical and mental health, improve their working enthusiasm and effectiveness. This paper adopts the method of combining theory and practice, according to the previous research results and my work practice of counselors, to investigate and study the vocational pressure of counselors in higher vocational colleges in Dalian area. A total of 70 full-time and part-time counselors were selected from 7 different types of vocational colleges in Dalian area. According to their occupational stress questionnaire data, the reasons for the formation of vocational stress of counselors in Dalian higher vocational colleges were analyzed. And from the point of view of counselors themselves, schools and society, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the stress sources of counselors in higher vocational colleges in Dalian area, and finally discusses how to alleviate the vocational stress of counselors in higher vocational colleges in Dalian area by combining the statistical data.
