云南省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟條件下職業(yè)教育發(fā)展模式研究
[Abstract]:With the national strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country with talents, the role of vocational education in promoting the regional economic development of our country is becoming increasingly obvious, and vocational education has become the most closely related part of the education system and economic development. With the rapid development of social economy today, with the continuous improvement of economic system and economic structure, the original vocational education model can no longer fully meet the needs of economic development, which requires us to take into account the state of economic development. Further improve the existing vocational education model. The speed of economic development in Yunnan Province has accelerated after the reform and opening up, but there is still a big gap compared with the developed regions. In order to speed up the development of local economy and society, one of the key points in Yunnan Province is to do a good job of vocational education, to cultivate a large number of high-quality applied and skilled senior talents who can meet the needs of regional economic development and industrial development, and to strengthen the construction of human resources. Promote the development of Yunnan regional economy. This thesis is mainly through summing up the experience of the coordinated development of economy and education at home and abroad, the relationship between education and economy, and the successful mode of advanced vocational education in foreign countries. In order to serve as the future development model of vocational education in Yunnan experience. This article is divided into six chapters, has elaborated the vocational education related theory and the basic concept, as well as the vocational education and the human resources as well as the regional economic development relations, and has carried on the correlation comparative analysis to the domestic and foreign vocational education development pattern; Combined with the actual situation of Yunnan Province, this paper analyzes the current situation of Yunnan's regional economic development and vocational education, and makes an empirical study on the relationship between education and economy in Yunnan Province by using the existing data for econometric analysis. The contribution of education to the economy is obtained. On the basis of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some problems existing in the traditional vocational education mode of Yunnan Province adapting to the development of regional economy, as well as the main reasons for these problems and the countermeasures to solve them. The development model of vocational education adapted to the development of regional economy and industrial structure in Yunnan Province is put forward, and the successful cases of vocational education in Yunnan Province are demonstrated. However, due to the limitations of my level and profession, there are some related problems that have not yet been fully resolved, but these problems are summarized and prospected, with a view to receiving careful guidance from experts and making more in-depth studies in future research. Continue to improve their research level and ability. Under the guidance of the scientific development view and according to the characteristics of Yunnan's economic development, this paper puts forward the development mode of vocational education suitable for Yunnan's economic development, hoping to provide some theoretical basis for Yunnan's economic and educational decision-making. Also for Yunnan's economic and educational development to do their share.
