【摘要】：在創(chuàng)新型國家戰(zhàn)略的引領(lǐng)下,高職院校應(yīng)當(dāng)堅(jiān)決貫徹國家創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略部署,積極推動以創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式為核心的教學(xué)改革。為此,文章闡述了創(chuàng)業(yè)周期視角下高職院校實(shí)施創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革的意義;從高職創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的教育體系設(shè)計(jì)問題和支撐體系建設(shè)問題深入剖析既有高職創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的問題;分階段提出處于萌芽期、成長期、成熟期和衰退期的創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)要點(diǎn),據(jù)此建構(gòu)起融合創(chuàng)業(yè)周期理論的高職創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)新模式。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the innovative national strategy, higher vocational colleges should resolutely carry out the national innovation strategy deployment and actively promote the teaching reform with the training mode of entrepreneurial talents as the core. Therefore, the paper expounds the significance of implementing the reform of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of entrepreneurial cycle. From the education system design problem and the supporting system construction question of the higher vocational enterprise talented person training pattern, deeply analyzes the existing higher vocational enterprise talented person training pattern question; This paper puts forward the main points of cultivating entrepreneurial talents in the budding period, growing period, mature period and declining period, according to which a new model of entrepreneurial talents training in higher vocational colleges is constructed.
