【摘要】：伴隨著高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展過程,章程成為高職院校治理現(xiàn)代化的基本要素。構(gòu)建治理結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)該遵循彰顯高職院校辦學(xué)特色、突顯高職院校價(jià)值使命、創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)化人才培養(yǎng)環(huán)境三大原則,有效實(shí)施黨委領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的校長負(fù)責(zé)制,完善校長治校和教授治學(xué),探索多元混合制共同參與的高等職業(yè)教育治理改革,創(chuàng)新行之有效的高等職業(yè)院校辦學(xué)機(jī)制和治理模式,才能奠定大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬眾創(chuàng)新的人才基礎(chǔ),實(shí)現(xiàn)教育文化的交流互鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher vocational education, the constitution has become the basic element of governing modernization in higher vocational colleges. The construction of the governance structure should follow the three principles of highlighting the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, highlighting the value mission of higher vocational colleges, innovating the environment for the training of systematic talents, effectively implementing the system of president responsibility under the leadership of the Party committee, and perfecting the administration of school by principals and the administration of learning by professors. Only by exploring the reform of higher vocational education governance with the participation of multiple and mixed systems and innovating the effective running mechanism and governance model of higher vocational colleges can we lay the foundation for the masses to start a business and innovate and realize the exchange and mutual learning of educational culture.
