【摘要】：學習結(jié)果評價是高校教育效果評估和教學質(zhì)量保障體系的重要組成部分,設計與學習結(jié)果評價相匹配的教學適應機制是促進教學改革,改進學生學習成效的重要管理手段。筆者在科學界定學習結(jié)果評價內(nèi)涵的基礎上,分析我國高職學生學習結(jié)果評價實踐,提出專業(yè)與課程評價、質(zhì)量動態(tài)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、評價隊伍、學習文化等方面的教學改進策略。這將有助于保障高職學校教學評價制度的穩(wěn)定性和教學適應機制的有效性,同時有助于改進教學實踐,切實促進學生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of learning results is an important part of the evaluation system of educational effect and teaching quality in colleges and universities. The design of teaching adaptation mechanism matched with the evaluation of learning results is an important management means to promote teaching reform and improve students' learning effectiveness. On the basis of scientifically defining the connotation of the evaluation of learning results, the author analyzes the practice of evaluating the learning results of higher vocational students in China, and puts forward teaching improvement strategies in the aspects of specialty and curriculum evaluation, quality dynamic monitoring system, evaluation team, learning culture, and so on. This will help to ensure the stability of the teaching evaluation system and the effectiveness of the teaching adaptation mechanism in higher vocational schools, at the same time, it will help to improve teaching practice and promote the development of students.
