高職藥學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)的探索

【摘要】:學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)應(yīng)以專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)體系為依托,采用課程與課程對(duì)接、課程與活動(dòng)對(duì)接、活動(dòng)與活動(dòng)對(duì)接的途徑培養(yǎng),探索"全員育人、全程育人、全方位育人貫穿到教育教學(xué)全過程中"的教育新模式。學(xué)生職業(yè)素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)的重要保障需要構(gòu)建"專業(yè)全方位、全過程化"的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)體系,組建"五位一體"的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì),建立多元化質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of students' professional accomplishment should be based on the professional training system. The course and the course should be connected with each other, the course and the activity should be connected, and the way of linking the activity and the activity should be adopted in order to explore the ways of "the whole staff educating people, the whole course educating people". The new mode of education runs through the whole process of education and teaching. The important guarantee for the cultivation of students' professional accomplishment is to construct the professional quality training system of "professional omni-directional and whole process", to set up the teaching team of "five-in-one" professional literacy training, and to establish a pluralistic quality evaluation system.
