【摘要】：瑞士與德國(guó)的職業(yè)教育是歐洲職業(yè)教育的典型代表,常常被人誤解為兩國(guó)職業(yè)教育體系基本上是相同的。事實(shí)上,兩者有著明顯差異。這種差異可以通過比較兩國(guó)職業(yè)教育的學(xué)徒期制得以展現(xiàn)。可以說,兩個(gè)國(guó)家職業(yè)教育之間似而不同的特性,在學(xué)徒期制的實(shí)施機(jī)構(gòu)、課程設(shè)置、考核方式、結(jié)業(yè)證書等方面有著充分體現(xiàn)。足見,沒有哪兩個(gè)國(guó)家的職業(yè)教育會(huì)是完全相同的,任何一個(gè)國(guó)家職業(yè)教育的變革都要受到其國(guó)情的影響,也必須考慮其國(guó)情的影響。
[Abstract]:The vocational education in Switzerland and Germany is a typical representative of European vocational education, which is often misunderstood as the same vocational education system in the two countries. In fact, there is a clear difference between the two. This difference can be demonstrated by comparing the apprenticeship system of vocational education between the two countries. It can be said that the similar and different characteristics of vocational education in the two countries are fully reflected in the implementation of the apprenticeship system, the curriculum, the examination method and the certificate of graduation. It can be seen that no two countries will be identical in vocational education. The change of vocational education in any country must be influenced by its national conditions and must be considered.
