中職學(xué)校中層行政人員績效考核體系的構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:績效考核是目前我國學(xué)校單位推行崗位改革和人事管理的重點工作之一。作為學(xué)校管理工作具體承載者的中層行政人員是中職學(xué)校里一個重要的群體,他們的績效考核工作理應(yīng)成為學(xué)校人力資源管理的一項重要任務(wù),成為學(xué)?茖W(xué)實施績效管理不可或缺的重要組成部分。規(guī)范化、制度化、科學(xué)化的中職學(xué)校中層行政人員績效考核,能夠有效地激勵該群體的工作積極性、主動性和創(chuàng)造性,對促進(jìn)學(xué)校教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展起著良好的推動作用。 本文以筆者所在學(xué)校為例,對學(xué)校中層行政人員績效考核現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并嘗試將宏觀的績效考核理念和方法引入到中職學(xué)校中層行政人員這一微觀群體的考核當(dāng)中,構(gòu)建出中職學(xué)校中層行政人員績效考核體系,,希求能夠科學(xué)合理地評價該群體組織成員的工作實績,并形成有效的激勵機制,從而促進(jìn)學(xué)校工作的不斷改善與提升,推動學(xué)校發(fā)展目標(biāo)的順利達(dá)成。 本研究在已有宏觀績效考核理論研究基礎(chǔ)上,對中職學(xué)校中層行政人員這一群體的微觀績效考核理論展開探討,在績效考核理論共性與個性相結(jié)合的基礎(chǔ)上,彰顯單一群體績效考核的群體特色,從而開拓績效理論領(lǐng)域細(xì)化研究的新平臺;同時,中職學(xué)校中層行政人員績效考核評價體系的建立健全,能有效地檢查和評定中層行政人員履職盡責(zé)的程度,以確定其工作成績,并作為對該群體的管理與監(jiān)督、激勵與約束的事實依據(jù),有助于學(xué)校人力資源的管理?梢哉f既具有理論上的意義,又具有實踐上的意義。
[Abstract]:Performance appraisal is one of the most important tasks in the field of post reform and personnel management in Chinese school units. As a concrete bearer of school management, middle-level administrators are an important group in secondary vocational schools. Their performance evaluation should be an important task of human resources management. It has become an indispensable part of the scientific implementation of performance management in schools. Standardized, institutionalized and scientific performance appraisal of middle administrative staff in secondary vocational schools can effectively stimulate the work enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of this group, and play a good role in promoting the development of school education. Taking the author's school as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of the performance appraisal of the middle administrative staff in the school, and attempts to introduce the macroscopic performance appraisal idea and method into the appraisal of the middle school administrative staff of the secondary vocational school. In order to evaluate the work performance of the members of the organization scientifically and reasonably, and form an effective incentive mechanism to promote the continuous improvement and promotion of school work, the performance appraisal system of middle administrative staff in secondary vocational schools is constructed. To promote the smooth achievement of school development goals. On the basis of the existing research on the macro performance appraisal theory, this paper discusses the micro performance appraisal theory of the middle administrative staff in the secondary vocational school, and combines the common character with the individual character of the performance appraisal theory. To highlight the group characteristics of single group performance appraisal, so as to open up a new platform for detailed research in the field of performance theory; At the same time, the establishment and perfection of the performance evaluation system of middle administrative staff in secondary vocational schools can effectively check and assess the degree of due diligence of middle administrative personnel, in order to determine their performance, and serve as the management and supervision of this group. The factual basis of encouragement and restriction is helpful to the management of school human resources. It can be said to have both theoretical and practical significance.
