現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的實(shí)施困境與改進(jìn)策略

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)是我國(guó)目前學(xué)校職業(yè)教育改革的重大嘗試,其順利實(shí)施促進(jìn)了在校學(xué)生技能的有效提升、工作知識(shí)的有序獲取。但是,當(dāng)前學(xué)徒制的實(shí)施面臨著企業(yè)的"冷"態(tài)度,學(xué)校的"低"水平,以及學(xué)生(學(xué)徒)的"高"要求等問題。走出現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的實(shí)施困境,需要從國(guó)家層面提升企業(yè)參與學(xué)徒制的積極性,職業(yè)院校層面提高辦學(xué)水平,學(xué)徒層面穩(wěn)固勞資關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The experiment of modern apprenticeship system is an important attempt in the reform of vocational education in our country at present. Its smooth implementation has promoted the effective upgrading of students' skills and the orderly acquisition of work knowledge. However, at present, the implementation of apprenticeship system is faced with the enterprise's "cold" attitude, the "low" level of school and the "high" requirements of students (apprentices). To get out of the predicament of the implementation of modern apprenticeship, we need to promote the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the apprenticeship system from the national level, improve the level of running schools at the level of vocational colleges, and stabilize the labor relations at the level of apprenticeships.
