【摘要】：當(dāng)前在會(huì)展人才培養(yǎng)快速發(fā)展的過程中出現(xiàn)了諸多問題,主要原因在于會(huì)展人才培養(yǎng)滯后于行業(yè)發(fā)展,與行業(yè)需求脫節(jié),因此會(huì)展人才培養(yǎng)改革迫在眉睫。會(huì)展人才培養(yǎng)要走出困境,亟需針對當(dāng)前會(huì)展人才培養(yǎng)存在的問題,遵循"從出口往回找"的思路和會(huì)展人才培養(yǎng)改革基本要求,創(chuàng)新會(huì)展專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式、構(gòu)建會(huì)展專業(yè)核心課程體系、加強(qiáng)專業(yè)師資隊(duì)伍能力培養(yǎng)、強(qiáng)化專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems in the process of the rapid development of the exhibition talent training, the main reason is that the exhibition talent training lags behind the industry development, and is out of line with the industry demand, so it is urgent to reform the exhibition talent training. In order to get out of the difficult position, it is urgent to follow the idea of "looking back from the export" and the basic requirements of the reform of the training of exhibition talents, so as to innovate the training mode of the talents of exhibition and exhibition, aiming at the problems existing in the training of talents for exhibition and exhibition at present. Construct the core curriculum system of exhibition and exhibition specialty, strengthen the ability training of professional teachers, and strengthen the professional practice teaching link.
