【摘要】：校園文化是學(xué)校所具有的特定的精神環(huán)境和文化氣氛,20世紀(jì)以來,隨著高等教育大眾化進程的推進,我國高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展也進入了嶄新的階段,高職院校的校園文化傳遞著該校獨具風(fēng)格的人文特色,表現(xiàn)了其最核心的價值觀,維系和凝聚著全校師生的共同追求和目標(biāo)。在高職院校的教育工作中,校園文化建設(shè)是重要的組成部分,它的實施和改進不僅有利于學(xué)校人才的培養(yǎng),而且對提升學(xué)校核心競爭力有著重要的意義。因此,高職院校如何加強校園文化建設(shè)的問題日益受到關(guān)注。通過對高職院校校園文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進行的研究,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),高職教育在快速發(fā)展過程中存在著諸多問題,其中,缺乏正確、科學(xué)的校園文化建設(shè)體系是主要原因,沒有整合運用現(xiàn)代化的教育理念、管理理念和教育技術(shù)；沒有科學(xué)的操作程序；沒有合理的學(xué)校發(fā)展和規(guī)劃道路,使得校園文化建設(shè)的落后越來越成為高職院校發(fā)展的軟肋,作為高職院校建設(shè)發(fā)展的精神支柱和慣性力量,校園文化建設(shè)的好壞越來越成為判斷高職院校未來走向的重要依據(jù)。本文針對這些情況,探討分析了高職院校校園文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)容,嘗試提出五位一體的校園文化建設(shè)體系,對相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)進行了研究和說明,并且對物質(zhì)文化、精神文化、行為文化、制度文化和企業(yè)文化融合五大體系的構(gòu)建和實施保障進行了調(diào)查和分析,旨在提出一個科學(xué)合理并且能產(chǎn)生良好效果的校園文化建設(shè)新路徑,為推動高職院校更好更快發(fā)展提供行之有效的理論依據(jù)和實踐模式。
[Abstract]:Campus culture is the special spiritual environment and cultural atmosphere of the school. Since the 20th century, with the advancement of the popularization of higher education, the development of higher vocational education in our country has also entered a new stage. The campus culture of higher vocational colleges conveys the unique humanistic characteristics of the school, expresses its core values, and maintains and condenses the common pursuit and goal of the teachers and students in the whole school. The construction of campus culture is an important part in the educational work of higher vocational colleges. Its implementation and improvement are not only conducive to the cultivation of talents, but also of great significance to the promotion of the core competitiveness of the school. Therefore, how to strengthen the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges has been paid more and more attention. Through the research on the current situation of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges, we find that there are many problems in the rapid development of higher vocational education, among which, the lack of correct and scientific campus culture construction system is the main reason. No integration and application of modern educational concepts, management concepts and educational technology; No scientific operating procedures; Without reasonable school development and planning road, the backwardness of campus culture construction becomes the weakness of the development of higher vocational colleges more and more, as the spiritual pillar and inertia force of the construction and development of higher vocational colleges, The construction of campus culture is becoming an important basis for judging the future trend of higher vocational colleges. In view of these conditions, this paper discusses and analyzes the contents of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges, tries to put forward a five-in-one campus culture construction system, studies and explains the related concepts and theoretical basis, and makes a study of material culture. This paper investigates and analyzes the construction and implementation of the five systems of spiritual culture, behavioral culture, institutional culture and corporate culture fusion, aiming at putting forward a new path of campus culture construction which is scientific and reasonable and can produce good results. To promote the better and faster development of higher vocational colleges to provide an effective theoretical basis and practical model.
