【摘要】：建國(guó)60多年來(lái)，技工學(xué)校作為我國(guó)職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的重要組成部分和職業(yè)培訓(xùn)工作的主體力量，一直承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)具備專業(yè)技術(shù)工人的神圣職責(zé)和使命，并取得了顯著的成績(jī)，被譽(yù)為“我國(guó)技術(shù)工人的搖籃”。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展，重慶市部分企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校經(jīng)過(guò)不斷調(diào)整、改革和建設(shè)，已發(fā)展成為區(qū)域性技工教育的龍頭。不過(guò)也有很多企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校受制于管理體制、資金投入機(jī)制、辦學(xué)模式等問(wèn)題，使得辦學(xué)發(fā)展艱難，需要進(jìn)一步探索適宜的發(fā)展道路。 本文以探索企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)�？茖W(xué)發(fā)展為目標(biāo)，以重慶市企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校為研究對(duì)象，首先在對(duì)企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校的歷史背景及其發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行全面梳理的基礎(chǔ)上，從中提煉出企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校的辦學(xué)特色；其次，結(jié)合經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展變更的實(shí)際，對(duì)重慶市企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問(wèn)題做了系統(tǒng)深入的分析；最后，從加強(qiáng)政府支持力度、提升技工學(xué)校管理質(zhì)量等層面提出了促進(jìn)企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)�？茖W(xué)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。 從結(jié)構(gòu)安排來(lái)看，本文主要分為以下幾個(gè)部分： 第一部分主要對(duì)本文的研究背景、研究的目與意義、研究的主要內(nèi)容、研究方法和國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述。著重分析企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校順應(yīng)我國(guó)逐步發(fā)展的步伐而產(chǎn)生，是人才培養(yǎng)渠道的重要組成部分，從國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外兩方面在管理和解決企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校的發(fā)展面臨的諸多問(wèn)題上的不同和差距，提出本文的研究意義； 第二部分主要回顧從國(guó)內(nèi)到重慶本地，技工學(xué)校創(chuàng)立的歷史背景及發(fā)展歷程，重點(diǎn)介紹我市目前企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校的發(fā)展成效； 第三部分從企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校辦學(xué)特色、學(xué)校實(shí)踐的角度出發(fā)，用實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行研究，對(duì)企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校的特色和優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行總結(jié)，提煉出目前我市企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題； 第四部分則針對(duì)重慶企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校的發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀提出對(duì)策，分別從政府和學(xué)校自身兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述，試圖通過(guò)從重視程度、政策支持、分類指導(dǎo)等方面給予我市企業(yè)辦技工校一個(gè)發(fā)展的良好社會(huì)氛圍，，從校企合作、企業(yè)參與、師資隊(duì)伍、教學(xué)質(zhì)量等方面進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化，使企業(yè)辦技工學(xué)校得到更好發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China more than 60 years ago, as an important part of vocational and technical education and the main force of vocational training in our country, technical schools have been shouldering the sacred duty and mission of training professional and technical workers, and have made remarkable achievements. Known as the "cradle of skilled workers in China". With the rapid development of economy and society, some enterprises in Chongqing have been adjusting, reforming and constructing the technical schools, which have developed into the leading role of regional craftsmen education. However, there are also many enterprises run technical schools subject to the management system, capital investment mechanism, school model and other problems, making the development of schools difficult, need to further explore the appropriate way of development. This paper aims at exploring the scientific development of the technical schools run by enterprises, and taking the enterprises run technical schools in Chongqing as the research object, firstly, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the historical background and the development process of the technical schools run by enterprises. From the extraction of the enterprise set up the characteristics of technical schools; Secondly, combined with the reality of the change of economic and social development, this paper makes a systematic and in-depth analysis of the development status and existing problems of the enterprises' technical schools in Chongqing. Finally, from the aspects of strengthening the government support and improving the management quality of the technical schools, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the scientific development of the technical schools run by enterprises. From the point of view of structure arrangement, this paper is mainly divided into the following parts: the first part mainly describes the research background, the purpose and significance of the study, the main contents of the research, the research methods and the current research situation at home and abroad. It is an important part of talent training channel to analyze emphatically that enterprises run technical schools to conform to the step of our country's gradual development. From the two aspects of domestic and foreign in the management and solution of the development of technical schools in enterprises faced with many problems and gaps, put forward the significance of this study; The second part mainly reviews the historical background and development course of the establishment of the technical school from China to Chongqing, and focuses on the development effect of the enterprise run the technical school in our city at present. In the third part, the characteristics and advantages of the technical schools are summarized from the point of view of the school practice and the actual data. Abstract the present development status and existing problems of the technical schools run by enterprises in our city; The fourth part puts forward countermeasures to the development of Chongqing enterprise technical schools, respectively from the government and the school itself two aspects, trying to from the level of attention, policy support, The classification guidance gives a good social atmosphere for the development of the technical school for enterprises in our city. It strengthens the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, the participation of the enterprise, the teaching staff, and the teaching quality, so as to make the enterprise run the technical school to get a better development.
