【摘要】：深化收入分配制度改革,清理和規(guī)范津貼補(bǔ)貼分配辦法,建立有效的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,對(duì)促進(jìn)高職院校各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的全面發(fā)展,具有十分重要的意義。廣東省各高職院校在探索建立績(jī)效優(yōu)先、優(yōu)績(jī)優(yōu)酬的績(jī)效工資分配實(shí)施方案方面進(jìn)行了大膽和積極有效的探索,取得了一定的成績(jī),具有較大的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to deepen the reform of income distribution system, to clean up and standardize the distribution of subsidies, and to establish an effective incentive mechanism to promote the overall development of various undertakings in higher vocational colleges. Each higher vocational college in Guangdong province has carried on the bold and active and effective exploration in the aspect of exploring and establishing the implementation scheme of the performance salary distribution of the performance priority and the excellent achievement and excellent pay, has obtained the certain achievement, has the great practical value.
