【摘要】：職業(yè)教育肩負(fù)著培養(yǎng)高技能型人才和培育工匠精神的歷史重責(zé)任。然而目前職業(yè)教育僅重視職業(yè)技能與知識(shí),忽視校企合作和職業(yè)精神,嚴(yán)重制約著學(xué)生工匠精神的培育。職業(yè)院校要實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生工匠精神培育的使命,就要以工匠精神為基調(diào)重新定位辦學(xué)理念,并以產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作為著力點(diǎn),以校園隱性文化為載體,為職業(yè)教育改革發(fā)展開(kāi)辟新視角。
[Abstract]:Vocational education shoulders the historical responsibility of cultivating highly skilled talents and cultivating craftsman's spirit. However, at present, vocational education only attaches importance to vocational skills and knowledge, neglecting the cooperation between schools and enterprises and professional spirit, which seriously restricts the cultivation of students' craftsmanship. In order to realize the mission of cultivating students' craftsman spirit, vocational colleges should take the spirit of craftsman as the key to reorient the idea of running a school, take the integration of industry and education, the cooperation of school and enterprise as the focus, and take the recessive culture on campus as the carrier. To open up a new angle of view for the reform and development of vocational education.
