【摘要】：大學治理結(jié)構(gòu)是現(xiàn)代大學制度的核心部分。高職院校治理結(jié)構(gòu)的核心,是平衡和調(diào)動利益相關(guān)主體的力量,推進高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展。文章通過實地考察德國應(yīng)用技術(shù)大學和職業(yè)學院的治理模式改革,以及對美國、澳大利亞、日本等職業(yè)教育治理制度的源流及創(chuàng)新發(fā)展梳理,拓寬了相關(guān)研究的視角,充分吸收高等職業(yè)院校治理理論探索與實踐經(jīng)驗的精髓,提出了我國深化高等職業(yè)院校治理結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域改革的舉措,加快構(gòu)建發(fā)展現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育的保障和運行體系。
[Abstract]:The university governance structure is the core part of the modern university system. The core of the governance structure of higher vocational colleges is to balance and mobilize the power of stakeholders to promote the development of higher vocational education. Through the field investigation of the governance model reform of German applied technology university and vocational college, and the source and innovation development of American, Australian and Japanese vocational education governance system, the article broadens the angle of view of relevant research. By fully absorbing the quintessence of the theoretical exploration and practical experience of the governance of higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some measures to deepen the reform in the key areas of the governance structure of higher vocational colleges and universities, and to accelerate the construction of the guarantee and operation system for the development of modern vocational education.
